Score from 227 reviews Good
quiet, comfortable rooms with nice food.
Bits on carpet and rubbish in bedside drawer Dirty towel in drawer
Good location and easy check out
Rooms very basic
Location was good
Staff were rude and ignorant cleanliness was no where to be seen toilets were disgusting booked a double bed room only to find it was two twins pushed together shower cubicle was filthy pubic hairs stuck to the wall handle on shower was broken and was very dangerous probally the worst place we have stayed in
I liked it all apart from the shower.
Shower a bit dodgy, loose handle and no tray to put your soap or shower gel on.
Good location, nice pub and food
Poor HiFi and phone signal
The room that I had seemed to be a throw back to the nineteen sixty style. The room was very basic not cleaned propeley.
Friendly staff and good location, handy for Aldershot. Football on throughout the car area.
Basic accommodation, seemed to be mainly road workers so food was substantial at a reasonable cost.
The noise from other rooms
the bathroom door was thick with DUST and the room was a bit dated
Friendly staff. Room and food good value. Canalside setting
Quite thin walls.
Location - price
Lights on all night No iron or ironing board Not being facilitated the opportunity to Book a specific available room
lovely view from bedroom. good food. staff were helpful.
standard of cleaning wasn't great.
Breakfast was very good, top marks, and VERY good staff that morning
Room was not aired and had a strong damp odour throughout, it cost me a can of air freshener to be able to stay the night
bedrooms were clean & it was quiet at night. Good location for our invite to a private party.
bedroom furniture needs updating & lighting was very dull. Staff were not very welcoming.
The price. Simple check-in/out. Location, full breakfast at the Inn.
Lack of wifi, but I always take 3G dongle (works better in upstairs rooms).
The cleaning service was okay, but continued to ente my room even with the do not disturb sign on the door. The location was very scenic and relaxing
The lack of modernism in the hotel makes the rooms feel unsafe and hostel-like. It's closeness to the road provides a rude awakening almost every morning as people speed by the hotel.
Location Bar and restaurant facilities
Restaurant staff never once spoke to us, served the 2 main courses 20 minutes apart - didn't offer desserts or offer us fresh drinks when our glasses were empty. Rooms provided one piece of soap and one shampoo for two of us. No where to put stuff in the shower
Potters Inn was just what we needed for one night. Room clean. Tea/coffee making facilities an added bonus. Adequate restaurant on site. Riverside location very pleasant. Large car park.
Was able to park car close to accommodation in large car park but perhaps a little noisy as people left the pub but did not affect us that much.
Location and trouble free checking in and out. Good value breakfast.
Not so much didn't like, but disappointed that the bedside light wouldn't work becaise there was no power socket. No power socket for laptop at desk; very noisy bathroom fan; broken window latch; shower only, no bath.
The accommadation was very tired for the price.
The location was good when eventually you find it, parking was also good, accommodation. OK but a bit spartan. Restaurant opening hours good.
The managers attitude, initially they changed our booking to another hotel, and although I tried to cancel (the second hotel allowed cancellations at no charge) this was refused on the basis of the contract on the first hotel, no refund, so I insisted on staying in the first hotel. Food was at a poor pub level.
