Great location, comfortable room

We liked the whole experience and much admired the general layout. The evening we spent there was notable for the variety of your clientel and we had a wonderful time mixing with all sorts of people. The food was especially good.

We like exerything about this unusual place.

Heating did not work, too late to do anything about it as did not return until late, also shower only ran cold, there was no one to report this to when we left in the morning.

Breakfast was poor and you could not pay in advance. Also I could not get a receipt for it

The location and the rooms are great

Very poor phone signal. No wi-fi in rooms, so no work done, exceot for one corner of the bar area. My TV could not pick up a signal so I couldn't watch TV in my room. Bar staff could not find a relevant remote control to try and re-programme the TV so I went without!

Cold rooms, no wifi, no phones in rooms, not even a hair dryer !!! Noisy above the bar. The 1st room was very cold no central heating only a blower that you couldn't even tell was on. If there you have a problem you have to go over to the pub to notify someone after lugging all my luggage up the outside steps as there are no phones and no signal on mobiles. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I didn't stay at Potters in even though I booked a room there as I wasn't going to check in until after 11pm and their check in time finishes at 11pm. I received a phone call to say I could stay at Lakeside Continental Hotel instead.

Lovely atmosphere with open fire place in the bar, very charming staff that made you feel welcome, lots of private parking, over looking a lake & canal, great bed room. Will go back.

Would not fault it. Better than I had expected.

The room I stayed in had a light immediately outside and as the blinds were not flush they let in a tremendous amount of light. The blinds also had holes in them again letting in light resulting in disturbed sleep. Something was moving in the attic space which also disturbed sleep paterns, not a good nights sleep!

Electric power in our room went off in the early hours and took a while to fix when we got up in the morning.

It was one of the most comfortable spacious rooms I have had the pleasure of staying in. Could not believe it was as cheap as it was. Would most definitely stay again and recommend to friends and colleagues.

Location. I arrived late and was dissapointed that I had to walk across from the room to eat as no room service was available. I had surf n turf and dissapointed with the food as there was very little. Also £2.20 for a coke is a little much.

room in desperate need of painting. bed uncomfortable. cleaners tried to enter room without knocking whilst we were still in it. booked and paid for double room ended up with twin room and pushed our beds together. wall extremely thin (heard everything from our neighbours and above). parking bays for rooms to small unless you have a compact car.

The TV had been broken for 4 days in the room i had been allocated the mattress was stained with vomit as was the wall by the bed The mattress was without doubt the most uncomfortable i have slept on in years

We met up with 4 friends that we met on holiday in August in Marrakesh. None of the above categories really matches our stay, which was good. We were disappointed that there was no local paper or information available. Food choice and breakfast was very good. Parking was easy.
