Comfortable bed and pillows. Spotlessly clean. Lovely pool facilities. Eclectic mix of fabrics in the bedrooms. Dated (but well maintained) 80's decor.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a nice quiet stay in a comfortable room. I would definitely stay again. The bathroom could of done with cleaning a little bit better and the hotel could do with a coat of paint, however I would definitely stay again.

If you like 80's style decor then this is the place to come. The hotel is old and in desperate need of a complete makeover. The room numbering is bizarre which might sound petty but it can take you 5 minutes to find your room through the labyrinth of corridors and stairwells.

Excellent food ,very fresh and tasty. Gym facilities included as part of the price. Very welcoming staff. Lots of parking space. Reasonabley priced. Decor was a bit tired looking in parts of the hotel. Not enough other guests unfortunately.

after being kept awake until midnight due to very loud music missed breakfast because it ended at 09.30 . it is not the guests problem that you have to finish breakfast early (i.e 09.30 on a Sunday morning) because you have to prepare for your lunch time carvery. This is bad management and lack of consideration for the guests... you know the people who provide the income !!
