Location dog-friendly lovely breakfast clean room
Car parking ( very difficult to get out of car parking space )
Breakfast was excellent and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Excellent location and friendly staff
car park and roads to B&B were very tight. Ceiling a bit low in loft room and mirrors too low, kettle etc on a table too low in room.
Staff/Owners. Very helpful. When we asked for information/directions, the owners printed out a route for us. Breakfast. Excellent choice of food for breakfast and plenty of it. Room Cleaning. Shelley did an excellent job on cleaning the room and was also a very pleasant young woman to talk to. Overall Experience. A very pleasant B & B to stay in and would go back there if in that general area.
Getting out of the parking area was a challenge. Would also suggest that calling the establishment a hotel is somewhat misleading as it has no bar or residents lounge. A top rated b & b would be a better description.
Great location and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
Car Park was very cramped and difficult to get in and out of.
Good location. The self contained rooms were excellent, we stayed in the smugglers and were very comfatable..Good breakfast..A very relaxed stay.Would recommend to anyone.
We needed a guest house for one night only and arrival was always going to be later in the day. Our stay would be over just after breakfast so opportunity to savour all on offer was bound to be limited. However we were made very welcome. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We would certainly consider using Potters Mooring again hopefully for a longer stay next time.
There was nothing that occurred to us for the short time we were there.
position and area
Friendly owner sorted out problems with bookings.com booking with no fuss. Good location with good pub food right next door. Excellent breakfast.
I have coeliac disease and, unusually, had no problems at all as Linda, warned in advance, provided the necessary gluten free food for breakfast. We also prefer sheets and blankets to duvets and these too were provided. Helpful, friendly and pleasant proprietors.
Friendly and helpful hosts and staff. Spotless room and shower room. Great breakfast and choice. Very relaxing break, just what we needed.
Location room cant fault.
Streets and parking not to good for cars... but its a small price to pay. ....
The personal touch. Bob phoned to say they had problems with the room booked. They went out of their way to find us a great alternative. Breakfast was excellent. Arrived back late on the 2nd night, the pub next door London inn could not have been more accommodating and welcoming and gave us the most delicious meal.
Parking is a little tricky , but it's amazing what cars they can fit in their car park!
the welcome and the feeling of being at home
Everything was spotless and beautiful, almost as if the room was brand new and never stayed in before. View was beautiful over the harbour from my top floor room. Just about the best b&b I have ever stayed in
Nothing - although car park was not designed for my Transit sized van !
Views great, nice size rooms, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff and charming accommodating owners. Breakfast on terrace a nice feature.
Volume from seagulls!
The room was very clean and comfy, staff are very welcoming & the breakfast was top notch
The car park was a bit tight to get out of with cars parked on main road outside, but it is tight to park anywhere in Shaldon so expected it.
every thing .loved the dining room & the teddies excellent fried breakfast & location Robert & Linda were great hosts we will come again A++++
nothing to dislike
Location, food, bathroom.
Beds too soft
A really friendly atmosphere and they did everything they could to ensure we enjoyed our stay.
The seagulls were rather noisy at 5am but nothing the hotel can do about that.
Food Staff Cleanliness
Outlook from room Beds
Unusually hot night so had to leave the windows open and the seagulls wake up too early!
Everything , staff , food, you could not fault it
Friendly and efficient service. Good breakfast.
All round very lovely location. Pub net door was great too!
Some idiot hit my car parked in the front yard and drove off without claiming responsibility! Very tight parking if you have a medium to large sized vehicle.
Location, very comfortable bed, nice view, friendly owners, nice breakfast
Difficult to get out of the car park Having to pay £10 for my dog
