Acho que gostei de tudo.. Funcionários fazem um esforço muito grande para entender a gente, pois não falamos ingles. Localização ótima, tudo muito bom.

Nada a reclamar ,só elogiar. Espero que eles coloquem estes apartamentos em toda Europa, seria tudo de bom.

A fantastic apartment. We really wished our visit had been for longer than a night!

The directions to the apartments can be slightly confusing, we ended up spending an extra 15-20 mins trying to find out how to enter Hatton Square through the heavily one-wayed central Liverpool.

We had a good night stay the staff were above excellent my husband even got a birthday card and a bottle of wine in all our travels here and abroad we have never received a better welcome, again I would like to thank the staff for a great stay and any hotel should want to have staff like you have and I wish they did thank you all again and we will be back soon please could you pass our regards to all at the apartments

Better than a hotel when you have young children. Short walk to all attractions and shopping. All basic facilities are provided includimg tea towel and dish cloth (a small detail but something you need) . Reception staff were very helpful

The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything that you could need. Quite close to Lime St Station, about 5-10mins depending on how fast you walk. A 15-20 ish minute walk to the Docks area. The staff were fab and very helpful and continued to be throughout our short stay. One of the receptionists asked what attractions we'd like to see and very kindly she highlighted a map with all the places for us. For the price you can't really go wrong!

Only downside was building work going on next door during the duration of our stay. Not a complaint just unfortunate.

The apartments were lovely. Roomy yet self-contained. Beautiful view. Smoking rooms available and just as nice as stated as the other rooms on the internet. I wouldn't say luxurious though or was that because we were in a smoking room and hotels etc. seem to think smokers have lower standards?? Great having a dishwasher. Tv was good. Nice if had access to pay per view movies.

Smoking room with no ashtray?? Would have benefited from a couple of plug in air freshners, which are available for getting rid of tobacco smoke. Just because we are smokers doesn't mean we don't like rooms to smell nice. No lightbulb in standard lamp. Light fitting in bathroom over mirrow was dodgy and not enough light in bathroom. Pillows rock hard. A shopping delivery service would be nice to order a few things for arrival as no decent supermarkets within a fair walking distance. Cooker a little on the temperamental side. Perhaps the penthouse suites were luxurious but our apartment was lacking in the little touches like bed linen, soft towels, complimentary slippers etc.

Very Secure. Walking distance to L1. Good layout. Friendly and helpfull staff.

Just lacking a measuring jug. (Couldn't make scrambled eggs :) ).

Staff are genuinely helpful, always smiling and seem to always go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is excellent. Apartments are excellent value, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and warm. Very secure parking is available for a fee. You can order takeaways to be delivered or cook as the kitchen has all of the basics. Very pleased with our stay. A good choice for those with limited mobility, although some bedroom doors could be a bit challenging for wheelchair users, as a couple of doors seem to be too close together, but mention on booking and I am sure the staff will give you an apartment with a different layout. I have stayed in one where the doors were too close and another where there wold be no problems.

The radio on the stereo didn't work...perhaps a few corners are showing signs of the wear and tear that comes with the territory...but apart from that...an excellent place to stay.

Brilliant location, helpful and friendly staff, exceptionally clean and worth the money spent!

Everything - this place was awesome. Didnt want to leave. Very homely

The building work out back starting at 7am every morning.
