При бронировании свыше 5 номеров может применяться отличный от стандартного порядок оформления заказа, а также взиматься дополнительная плата .

Check-in instructions: we ask that you indicate at booking your estimated time of arrival. Identification in the form of a photo ID driving license or a passport will be required at check-in. A security bond may also be required. Please contact the apartments directly for further details.
Our office opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 21:00.
Saturday: 10:00 to 19:00.
Sunday: 11:00 to 17:00.
For arrivals outside of these hours, alternative arrangements can be made. Please contact the apartments in advance for further information. Please note that bank holidays operate on Sunday hours.
Groups policy: reservations of 5 or more rooms, by any one client, on any one day, on any number of reservations will be considered a group booking.

It was like staying in a home from home, very comfortable, and exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. Nick-picking but could have been slightly cleaner, the toilet seat was coming off. |

I really enjoyed my stay at Premier apartments.The staff were so helpful and more than happy to give advice about what to do and where to go in Liverpool. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed and provided value for money It was quite noisey outside at night but thats what you get for being so close to a city centre |

The apartments are absolutely fantastic. We stayed in a one bedroomed apartment but plan to book a two bedroomed one as soon as we can and bring our children because Liverpool has so much to offer all ages since we were last there. The location of the apartments is ideal....short walk to the buzz of the city centre but not too close! Super! The fair haired (short hair/bob style) receptionist who checked us in was by far the friendliest receptionist we have met. Big thumbs up for her (sorry we did not think to note her name). The staff were fantastic and only happy to help. I was delighted with facilities in the room and overwhelmed by the space. I will not hesitate in booking a room at Premier Apartments again and will be recommend to friends and family. |

The staff couldnt have been more helpful especially Laura. As I had fogotton our parties concert tickets she went ahead without any promptping to call the Echo arena and tried to solve our dilema. I have atyes in mant 5 star hotels over the years and yet have never come across such a capeable member of staff |

We enjoyed the privacy of the apartment and the proximity to the city centre. One unavoidable (apart from perhaps double glazing) problem was the sound of revellers (on both nights) partying somewhere close at hand into the small hour of the morning. It was was the one blot on an otherwise great stay. |

The staff were incredible - friendly, helpful, accommodating. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to see. The apartment had all the facilities we needed. Cleanliness of the floors. There was lots of hair on the bathroom floor and baseboards, and on the bedroom carpet. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. The grocery service from Tesco's was a real blessing, since we had hungry small children to feed after a long plane flight. The size of the rooms and apartments gave our family room to spread out. We could walk to many locations conveniently, including all the stages of the Mathew Street festival ( a surprise for us). |
