I had to sleep on a put me up bed and also my son who us 9, the put me up beds are very uncomfortable and shirt I am 5ft 9 my feet were over the edge. The large bed was where my daughter and her son slept, pure luxury mattress Felt jealous lol x
Rooms very clean Large room
Staff members Alex and George went out of their way to ensure I had a good stay they are a credit to this Premier Inn
Breakfast was quite expensive
Nice big room and it was all hassle free.
Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. It's especially nice to be introduced to the waiting staff at the beginning of dinner.
Booking in, bit disjointed
Staff at breakfast were fantastic with unlimited costa
More tea bags in the room (there were only 2) and a window that opened (there was a good circulation of air but I like to open a window).
Spacious and very clean stylish room at a reasonable cost.
Helpfulness of the staff.
The bed was too hard, but this wa s mostly due to my arthritis. I should have asked for a duvet to put under me - so not hotel's fault. But we could not get warm, we set heating at maximum in the end but only cool air came through. The pull down support rail in bathroom was wobbly, and there was no shelving at all around or near the hand basin which was most inconvenient. Also no hook on door for dressing gown. We had to ask for extra pillows as only two in room. We have stayed at several Premier Inns over the years in various places, but shall think very hard about trying one we do not know after this stay. We booked for two nights but felt too fed-up and cancelled our second night's booking. We also disliked the new policy of having to pay for our dinner at the time instead of being able to book it to our room as usual.Motel.
all the staff we met were excellent, friendly, and very helpful. Just as we usually find at Premier Inns. I had asked for a disabled room, but found the bed too low needhauling up off it and the staff kindly went to the trouble of find bedd raisers for me since there was no other room available.
Room 139 was set up as a family room, the bed for our son was hard however I was able to use the spare duvet in the room to make it more comfortable. Our bed was so hard we couldn't get settled and hardly slept at all. Never had a problem with Premier Inn before but will certainly check the comfort of the bed way before bedtime in future!
Location good everything else pretty much what you have come to expect of a Premier Inn.
A little to far from Bristol City centre
The layout of hotel
Guest bed in room for our son was very uncomfortable. Main bed was ok but nothing special.
Good food friendly staff.
had to waitr for over ten minutes for a drink at the bar as only two people on shift
Bit of a scrum for parking in the evening. There are not quite enough spaces, so lots of guests were parked in the roads around the car park. We stayed in the family room as had lots of equipment (archaeologists) so needed space. Happened to sit on one of the fold-up beds that had been put up for children. It was rock hard. I would not have been able to sleep on it. Not much toilet paper available in the room. But I am sure we could have asked for some if we had ran out, as it was we left just as we finished the roll!
The breakfast was great, healthy (and yummy unhealthy) options available; and runs until quite late. Costa coffee from a machine meant it was reliable quality. I asked for a soft-boiled egg on one morning, and it came with a smiley face drawn on it! All facilities very clean and tidy. Polite staff, who talked us through the auto-check in machine. There was always a staff member around whenever we had a query. Nice late check out, which was great. Big towels in bathroom. Lots of tea and coffee in room, with ceramic mugs (plastic or small mugs are my pet peeve). Perfect location for working in Bristol. Also, we noticed that the whole hotel was very accessible, lots of elevators, wide spaces in restaurant, etc.
Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly, especially as we requested them to freeze ice packs to keep our youngest grandson's medication cool. They did this twice a day willingly. Children's beds not very comfy, could feel springs, so requested duvets to place under bottom sheet. Food was reasonably good, no cause for complaint.
Staff. Cleanliness and the food was brill
There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, and the wi fi connection was poor.
Staff lovely friendly, really enjoyed our meal we had, and the breakfast nice selection. Room nice and spacious.
Mattress was not good so we can't sleep properly
Location of the hotel
Quiet, large family room, clean, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, adequate parking. Excellent for an overnight stop and close to explore all the offerings of Bristol. Can recommend!
The room we stayed in was very close to the main door, and from 6.30 it is very noisy, however when we spoke to reception refunded one night under the good sleep guarantee which was very nice as we did not expect that.
We stay in premier inns a lot and this was one off the best, this is because the staff are really friendly and are very caring.
Lovely big family room better than most family rooms we have had
The bar could open a little later for the weekend.
The reception staff was really nice friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. Would definitely stay again.
Friendly staff, not far from the shops, very happy that we had free parking, a great stay overall.
Aircon not working but staff provided portable heater, and with a smile too!
Helpful staff Comfy bed Free wifi
