Clean big double bed
Childrens beds were hard and uncomfortable I had to make it softer with towels
Well placed just off the M5
Nothing everything was ok
Very approachable friendly staff who were very attentive. Rooms very comfortable. Excellent breakfasts.
Just one minor observation regarding service in the restaurant at breakfast time, but no real cause to complain.
The fact that the Premier is close to Cribbs Causeway and the City centre. Restaurant is value for money; the décor and friendly welcome from the staff is excellent. I look forward to returning in the not too distant future
Breakfast included. King size bed, very comfortable, check-in quick and easy.
Kids' beds were awful, really hard and uncomfortable; car park was very full.
Staff Breakfast Cleanliness Good sized room
Child's bed was a little un comfortable but ok for a night. Double, double rooms would be a good option.
Clean, efficient check in, hairdryer in room.
Could do with machine with ladies sanitary products in the toilet or vending machine.
Breakfast time was chaotic, we waited 1/2 hour to get some cups to have a hot drink. Others were having a moan too. Things missing from buffet people were told that there wasn't any croissant or crumpets although advertised on their breakfast!
We were going to Cornwall and My daughter left her teddy(Ellie) in the room. The next day we rushed out the hotel and got into the car . When we were unpacking at the cottage, her teddy was nowhere to be seen. So we called the Premier Inn and said we had left her teddy and the Premier Inn did as much as they could to find her teddy. Finally they found her teddy!
The room was well equipped for our needs, the bed was comfortable and the choice of pillows was great for our 11 year old. Breakfast was really tasty and great choice
The service was excellent the rooms lovely the beds were comfortable and the staff were really helpful
It is more better if can provide plenty of fruit for breakfast.
We were given a disabled room due to late booking . Nice big room with disability aids in bathroom. Nice comfortable bed/bedding. Plenty of food opportunities nearby fortunately.
Although the breakfast (self service) was excellent the one evening meal we took was horrid ....cremated burgers! Not too hard to get right I would have thought!
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were just great, really friendly. Rooms very comfortable, I asked for 2 room close together and they were next to one another. Breakfast very good. Couldn't fault it really.
The building site on the way in and out - but that'll be gone eventually.
bed fantastic and room layout, couldent wish for more of a high standard. Thanks again KM
all good as discovered the bus 40 to the centre
Excellent breakfast - really comfortable room
The 'free' wireless wasn't free at all....only 'free' for 30 minutes, which was a bit of a cheek considering how much we paid for the room.
Unable to get on the internet for 24 hours
Kids beds were extremely uncomfortable
Always sleep well at premier inn
The staff were very helpful & helped us to unload the car. Good wheel chair access in to the room & all around the hotel.
There was a bath with a shower over it, as we are both disabled we was unable to use this (a wheel in shower would have been much more disable friendly) . There was access in to the room, but very limited around the room. The bed was very low, which made it very difficult to get off.
Great location, fast check in, large clean room, comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and efficient. Great price.
Not specific to this hotel but really wish Premier Inn did proper single beds and twin rooms with two equally sized beds.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Not being able to open the window in the room. what if there was a fire?
It was very close to all facilities and the staff were very friendly and helpful
The massive bed - very firm, very comfortable; the breakfast room and breakfast itself; the helpful staff.
Comfortable accommodation, good food.
Your WiFi strategy is mean spirited. Stayed two nights, one evening, no Wifi at all, second day only 30 mins free, pretty disgraceful.
