Location Price Room Size
EVERYTHING. the most friendly and helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms (we have stayed in several of them) are excellent with very comfortable beds.
Parking is limited within the hotel, a space has to be booked.
No hot water from the hot tap on the bathroom sink
Location was great, 10 min walk from the tube. Rooms nice and clean with air con.
Breakfast could have been better. Would have liked hot options, bacon sandwich, full English etc.
Location was perfect for visit with relatives. Stores and restaurants nearby. Two lifts, very clean premises, helpful and friendly staff, large, flat screen TV, high speed wifi, ironing board and iron.
Cover of couch in our room needed cleaning, otherwise there was nothing to complain about with these lodgings.
Clean, helpful staff, convenient and good all round value.
Location. Good attentive staff at reception. What we really expected.
The staff were exceptional. The car park was full but they dd sort this out for me. Also got an upgrade to the room. The room was well fitted out and very clean.
pleasant and helpful staff
short on reception space and breakfast choice and it's cost/value perception
Good location. buses & tube, close by. Friendly staff helped find space in small car park.
Didn't bother with breakfast. Breakfast area was tiny.
No problem weekend, staff left us alone. .Always someone on reception if there had been any problem.
Good size, comfortable and well equipped room, and top marks for cleanliness! Pleasant and helpful staff. Very handy for public transport to the destinations I needed, both bus and underground close by, walking distance to lovely Harrow-on-the-Hill.
Coming into London from the west a hotel in Harrow was convenient for us. The Underground was a short walk away giving hassle free access to central London in less than 45 minutes! The hotel was modern and clean. The room furnishings were in excellent order. The staff were helpful and courteous. All this and free parking too!! We'll definitely stay at this hotel again.
24h reception 4 adults 1 child in one room enough space for 5 in one room Hotel quality (definitely not just a hostel) quiet you get good quality for what you pay continental breakfast (for some extra money) Ideal for a city-trip
35 mins by underground to the center, (but connection is easy...just takes a bit of time) I dare to say I wouldn't recommend it to a group of young people who plan to see a lot of nightlife, because underground isn't working during night time - taxi would be too expensive.
Like the bed was comfortable, plasma tv, parking was good, having a fridge in room was a bonus. Modern facilities.
Check out time..I was not impressed with that. I was told it was 10.30, most hotels offer it till 11 and even give an option for later checkout.
close to restaurant quiet room
car parking facilities
Clean, friendly, great restaurant on the premises and value for money.
Location was convenient as I needed a place in Harrow
Check out time was 11am and when I asked for a late check out I was told I had to pay an extra £5 per hour so paid £10 till 1 o clock . I found this odd as they gave no extra time for free. Nevertheless, I paid the small fee without any qualm. I had popped out briefly to the shops and on my return just before 1 pm (for which I paid extra) I informed the front desk staff that I needed to catch a quick shower. Literally 5 minutes later the phone in the room rings constantly but I couldn't answer it as I was finishing my shower. Thereafter the same front desk staff member whose name is Pratik Amir is in my room asking me to leave immediately and when I said to him from the bathroom that I will be down shortly he continues saying " you have to leave now" I walk out into the room with nothing but a towel and he had no respect for my privacy except for the fact that I had to leave . I told him to leave my room immediately and give me some privacy. Thereafter literally after 5 minutes he calls the room and tells me to leave (again). I got ready straight away and went to reception wherein I expressed my anger at the lack go privacy and tact and he kept insisting I was 15 minutes late. I mean where in the world do they employ people like this unless it is the policy of the hotel to "kick" their customers out immediately after check out time without any leeway ( be it minutes) for any additional check out time. Needless to say, I will never stay at this hotel again, despite the fact that I needed to stay in Harrow literally a week later.
Good location for Wembley stadium.
Long trip to city center Neighborhood was scary
Room was good size Had facilities would expect in much more expensive hotels. Not far from Tube Close to Waitress Helpful staff
Local guide map would have been helpful
Free wi-fi should be included.
Cleanliness really stood out
the staff were helpful and the location is excellent.
There's not enough parking spaces and leaving your car on the road is not safe also the £2 an hour charge for broadband is ridiculous.
