L'hotel estaba motl bé, realció qualitat preu excepcional, l'habitació confortable, amb nevera, tv lcd, planxa, bany, wifi i llit molt còmode. Situat a Elephant en Castle un barri normal, sense cap problema. Parada d'autobus casi al devant, metro a 10 min. I a 15 min del centre Londres. En resum... Perfecte per anar 5 dies a visitar aquesta gran ciutat. |

Location was ok The tap in the hotel would not turn off and kept turning itself on which apparently was due to the TV being on (according to the less than helpfull staff). Staff were rude in their manner and very unwelcoming. The corridors were very noisey. |

Handy location even though I thought it would be quite far out of the city. Bed was uncomfortable. The sheets did not fit properly and there was a plastic mattress protector which did not allow the bed (or me) to breathe at all. Since all I really used the hotel for was to sleep, this would be a big factor in my decision to return. |

Staff provided information about how to get to centre of London. There was also a very nice Chinese right next to the hotel. There was no underground near by. |

Very nice staff. Everything is after European standards. Compared to other 3 star hotels in London the best I have ever stayed! Our double bedroom was upgraded to a family room which was very comfortable as we had more space in the room. We were very satisfied with this hotel! Only the location. A bit far from tube station but OK! |

Easy to get into town. Good sized modern room. Good price. The staff were not particularly friendly or forthcoming but they were not in any way rude so it was acceptable. |

The location for us during a visit to friends was the reason we stayed here. The fact we had four beds in the room for our family helped. It was noisy and when reported we got a complimentary breakfast- bananas and yogurt!! Not what I call breakfast. Staff listened but were unable to help us. Very disappointing. |

New hotel with nice,clean, small but cosy rooms. Next to the bus stop with many routes to central London. Decent hotel with good money. It is not in Tower Bridge!!It is in old kent road, a not very nice area! The rooms have not enought light, I found it very hard to read my newspaper even in the morning. |

Due to my early arrival, the hotel allowed me to check in by 09.30 am, which was truly appreciated. Locationwise, the hotel was quite good, although there are no good restaurants nearby for supper, as the hotel does not serve supper. |
