Very nice staff. Everything is after European standards. Compared to other 3 star hotels in London the best I have ever stayed! Our double bedroom was upgraded to a family room which was very comfortable as we had more space in the room. We were very satisfied with this hotel! Only the location. A bit far from tube station but OK! |

Easy to get into town. Good sized modern room. Good price. The staff were not particularly friendly or forthcoming but they were not in any way rude so it was acceptable. |

I liked where the hotel is situated. Customers should be provided with a free carpark, it would attract more customers. |

The location for us during a visit to friends was the reason we stayed here. The fact we had four beds in the room for our family helped. It was noisy and when reported we got a complimentary breakfast- bananas and yogurt!! Not what I call breakfast. Staff listened but were unable to help us. Very disappointing. |

New hotel with nice, clean, small but cosy rooms. Next to the bus stop with many routes to central London. Decent hotel with good money. It is not in Tower Bridge!!It is in old kent road, a not very nice area! The rooms have not enought light, I found it very hard to read my newspaper even in the morning. |

In easy reach of public transport into the city. Lots of little extras - tissues, iron and board, hairdryer, toiletries etc. |

Due to my early arrival, the hotel allowed me to check in by 09.30 am, which was truly appreciated. Locationwise, the hotel was quite good, although there are no good restaurants nearby for supper, as the hotel does not serve supper. |

The room was comfortable and reasonably sized. We were able to leave luggage there on the day we left The bathroom floor was dusty. There was quite a lot of noise at night from restaurants nearby |

The room was of suprising quality and size given the price. The room and hotel were clean with a quaint nautical theme. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even though the location isn't the best, I would recommend the hotel for those travelling on a budget. |
