It was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.
Breakfast should be included. Wifi should be included. Install ice machines on the floors.
Excellent welcome friendly and helpful
the quality of the bed, and the good personality of the staff.
the room was a little bit small but still acceptable!
The location near a lot of shops, even Lidl
Was informed I had to pay for Wi-Fi, but I had stay at a premier inn previously, it was already stored.
The hotel arranged for a room at the Back of the hotel and on the first floor as requested when I made the booking. V comfy beds and v handy restaurant next door.
The area isn't somewhere where you would want to be walking at night. Building works are in place, which we were next to, so v noisy during the afternoon.
No bath, parking wasn't very good, needed more towels.
Noisey noises unclean poor staff
Noisey unclean pore staff
The hotel was clean and hall ways we're tidy, hotel staff were polite and helpful, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was a good size
Our welcome was just not as expected.
The staff are very friendly the location is ideal as its easy to get to lots of other destinations many varieties of all food cultures
I paid less than £300 for two family rooms for 8 people - fantastic price given the fact it's in London. The rooms were big and clean - a double and two singles as expected. There was a bus stop just outside - closer than the 20 minute walk to a tube station and handy for the night buses The hotel was well-stocked with necessities required after a night out, including pot noodles and pringles!
There was no restaurants open late close to the hotel. It would have been nice to have the two rooms next to each other but that's not important really.
Staff, bus station to city centre is 50 m from the hotel.
Very poor breakfast, street noise (the double glass windows didn't reduce the noise as much as it should.
Clean, quiet well equipped room. Good, reasonably priced breakfast. Perfect location for our needs.
As a frequent visitor to Kings - I have now found this 'gem' - great value for money - extremely helpful staff and the no 42 bus goes from just around the corner straight up to the hospital :)
The wine :(
Good location ,easy to find. Had a Chinese restaurant next door as no eating place for hotel.
You have to pay £10.00 to park in your hotel you have already paid for. Park over the road and it is free until 08.30 next day.
Clean, simple rooms.
Noisy location. Not the hotel's fault, but the sirens were wailing well into the night
It was reasonably priced central to being able to get on bus outside, lots of places to eat near by
Car parking was tight, however when we arrived a staff member helped us get a spot
The staff were helpful
My room overlooked the scaffolding and building site
First and foremost I liked the staff: nice, friendly, helpfull.
The internet in the room is not free.
Good breakfast, location
No parking in a relatively busy area
Rooms were newer and clean.
This hotel claims to be near Tower Bridge, it is not. It is no where near anything, and it takes a bus and 2 tube lines to get close. Wifi was £10 (about $18) a day.
Rooms very spacious
Cost of the zone 1&2 travel card through the hotel was inflated... buy any travel cards in advance
Good value for London and perfect for business stay.
Was perfect for me, but lacking atmosphere for non business travel.
Rooms were nicely decorated, good that they had air con
It was really far from the tube station had to walk half an hour in the dark through a dodgy area of London having never been there before.
Great location especially for buses, Tate Modern, Globe, St Pauls etc staff lovely and very helpful, rooms are very basic but suited us. However do not be tempted at all to eat at the Chinese restaurant located off the foyer the food is terrible and a total rip off. For breakfast if you want to try a "Full English" go to Ozzies Cafe next door
