Close to the centre and university Had difficulty in accessing hotel from car park at 1am even though I had phoned to advise I would be arriving at this time, quite unnerving to be kept waiting at the rear of a hotel. No iron in room, room key/card was deactivated after the 1st night even though I had booked and paid for 2 nights stay. Damp smell in bathroom sink area. Staff did not seem too interested. |

The hotel was central to our requirements. The staff were extremly pleasant in both the restuarant and the reception desk. The childrens bed was a little small, my daughters feet were hanging out of the bed. |

The city location and the general air of wanting to please without going overboard. Also seems to be staffed locally. Hunting for car parking 2nd night.Would be helpful if your site named alternative parking for someone who does not know Aberdeen. |

The public rooms, bedrooms & bathrooms were clean and comfortable.Staff friendly and helpful one bedroom was overheated and it took 4 days for it to come down to a reasonable temperature. However staff provided a sheet and fan to cool things down. |

It was convenient to the city centre. It was clean and comfortable - loved the freshly ironed sheets. The breakfast could have been better. There was no fruit salad, only apples or bananas. The only bread was sliced packet bread - would have been nice to have fresh rolls and/or butteries. |

I liked the service, the breakfast was fairly nice and the staff helpful. In addition it was clean and the location was perfect. Our first room was overheated, so we had to move to another. |

I liked where the hotel is in Abderdeen, not far to walk to places, the staff were excellent and i really enjoed my stay. I didn't like how the bed sheets where not cleaned when they were dirty. cleaner should take more care in making sure room is at the best standard of the Premier. Also really hot maybe could do with more air con along corridoors. |

My Wife is not easily pleased, so when she was lost for words about the room she could only say it was just leke the advert on tele. only comment was that on the sunday morning I looked for the breakfast menu which I found but there was no mention of from and to times. I had noticed the night before that there was all day breakfast available from 10.00 to 22.00 but again no time for breakfast. We wwent for breakfast at 10.15 to find the staff partially cleared the dining room but was offered what little that was left & cold. |
