The bar area
There wasn't a wardrobe in the room and the door isn't close properly
That I could not sleep was awake all night and went I told reception all I got was sorry I'm new also breakfast had to be sent back twice uncooked eggs there was no service with a smile Premier inn guarantees a good night sleep or your money back well I never got offered that unsure of why I will not stay in a premier inn again
Good bedroom size Comfortable bed and choice of pillows
Bathroom was very small and cramped There was one double socket in the room but only one of the plugs was accessible as the TV was in front of it and could not be moved. There was no mirror over the desk/dressing table.
Close to town centre
Cost for hotel car park rooms cleanliness of room bathroom size of room no A/C
comfy bed excellent staff
Location at end of village.
Far too hot. Noisy fan provided rotated hot air. Only one of three windows opened a little. Broken chair. Complaints met with what do you expect on suck a hot night!
Trust me stay well clear of this place, it was dirty, noisy and hard to find staff. The bathroom was mingin. Nasty carpets filthy walls. Just stay away and save your money.
Comfy beds great location
The bathroom was in need of a new suite and also re-tilling asking flooring was poor we stayed in room 10
The staff were really helpful and kind.
There was no telephone in the rooms and as the corridors were very narrow, you can hear all door opening during the night.
Building run down / poor condition Incredibly expensive for what was provided
I liked that it was a premier inn and you know what you are getting.
The pub attached was poor. Extremely slow service, food average and the whole place was just grubby. It needs a serious re-vamp and I would recommend you avoid it.
V good chef
Very unaware staff eg criticised for coming to breakfast at 9 10, told not served after 9 but we hadn't been told this, wrong meals delivered, bill incorrect by £20,also there is a major problem with locking in the car park whic the manageress is aware of but didn't bother to tell any of the customers, one lady had called the AA out ( some telecom glitch)! All in all quite awful
Breakfast and close to places to eat and was quiet and relaxed.
Polite and helpful staff, cleanliness and facilities.
Small en-suite with old and dodgy fittings, especially to slippery bath! no telephone in room and restricted window ventilation.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location close to the village and ammenities.
Food quality was dreadful, both dinner and breakfast. £6.25 for coffee and a piece of toast
Well was up Noth for Funeral and it rained all day---so not a bundle of laughs. Pretty area and know it from visiting my friend. No reason to go back now, saldly.
We always go back to Alderley because of the staff , the location, and the Hotel is near to all the other villages that we like to visit.
The lift was not working but it didn't worry us at all because the staff were so nice they were always there to help in anyway they could. The Hotel itself could do with a make over but having said that we will still stay there.
friendly staff, helpful.
showing its age. needs a refit.
Luke in the restaurant was very attentive and an excellent representative of good customer care
Location & parking
Decor in public areas very tired
Meals and restaurant very good
Lift out of order throughout. I am disabled and this caused problems
Sheets and towels were clean.
No lift. TV mount broken needed to use cushion to support. Chair broken. Sink not emptying properly. Very grubby carpets and decor. NOT to your normal standard especially in a such a high standard location.
Location suitable for our needs. Breakfast ok
Very small room and small bathroom Very bad that lift was not working and had been out of action for at least 3 days. Price not justifiable Would avoid staying here again unless above improved
