Score from 284 reviews Very good
Friendly staff both at the hotel & in the restaurant. Couldn't have done more for us. Very spacious family room which was very quiet
Large bedroom and bathroom
Shower wasn't very warm and water didn't drain away very well. Shower also sprayed all over the floor which we mopped up to save slipping on it
Service & facilities of rooms
Nothing other than very poor access from main road having never been before and it was dark when we arrived so found it difficult to locate hotel.
Staff were fantastic, the beds were comfortable, very clean room.
There were two of us in a double bedroom but there was only one set of towels so we had to share these.
Firm bed friendly staff
Slow service in restaurant.
Booking . Com made an error on re booking so will not use again.
Friendly staff, good night's sleep, quiet room despite being on the ground floor.
On Tuesday morning we could help ourselves to breakfast but on Wednesday morning we had to order our breakfast. Apparently they were short staffed on Tuesday. Also we booked a double room and we got a disabled room but we could not be moved as the hotel was fully booked.
Restaurant being ingtegrated with the hotel.
Nothing - did not expect luxury!
I love Premier Inns - very clean and welcoming.
We were very pleased how clean the room was and very spacious. The bathroom had shower gel and soap which is brilliant and clean towels
The room was far to hot which made our sleep disturbed as we kept waking up with the sweats
the bed was to low and room could do with another chair
Warm and cozy, friendly staff and food was good and VFM.
Only 30 mins free wifi
The staff were very friebdly and helpful The rooms were light and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The breakfast was delicious and we loved the idea of ongoing coffee and tea. All in all a good two nights stay.
Because the hotel is on the edge of a very large industrial site it could be noisy in the mornings as well as being beside a McDonalds with a drive through could be some late visitors.
Nice spacious family room with proper beds rather than just a sofa bed for the children.
Large room and helpful excellent staff
Price was way too high for basic accomodation without free wifi - twin beds pushed together with different height mattresses despite booking a double room. Excessive noise from rooms above, from corridor and thoughtless guests running noisy vans early in the morning - sound proofing appears non existant, our 2nd and last noisy stay.
Easy Check in, Large room, reasonable size bed, lift, easy access to Brewers Fayre, Quiet room
No system to tell restaurant breakfast paid for, room hot 25C+ aircon unable to bring down, very poor access for bus that came to pick us up large vehicle access poor
bed not long enough - I am 6'2" bed was same ... slept fine tho'
The helpfulness of the staff to accommodate my needs - a wet room and disabled access. The way the staff helped us find a garage when we developed severe problem with our tyres just before getting the ferry and a 1000Km drive. The way the suggested other eateries locally without us having to resort to MacDonalds. The general efficiencies and friendliness of all of them.
The Restaurant! It was a disasters. Huge long waits with excuses about staffing - not the customers problem. I sarcastically suggested that I should perhaps sleep in the restaurant to ensure we got breakfast before tea time. The breakfast serving was better but the staff seem to lack training - be greeted with " Hi Guys" - annoying. Asking for plates for the toast as they were all awash with water and them not coming. Allowing people to handle the sauages and doing nothing to rectify or remove the handled ones. The whole restaurant need some new and good management staff.
Quick no fuss check in. Good breakfast.
The hotel is situated in an industrial estate and next to what I assume is a 24/7 McDonalds as well as a busy dual-carriageway. There was a lot of noise throughout the night. Despite selecting one adult, booking.com chose a 2 adult, 2 child room.
Quality of excellent
Had to wait over an hour from ordering until we were served our starters.
A particularly helpful, polite and intelligent young man
Loved the quite time zones perfect when you have children. Restaurant staff could be a bit happier but food was fab ! We really enjoyed our stay
Toilet seat was not clean.
Brewers Fayre attached was very disappointing. Building was very hot.
Size of the room, clean, comfortable and quiet - first time we've stayed in a room at the front of the hotel and would ask for another room on this side again (no noise from the McDonalds drive through!)
Two bath towels and only one hand towel.
