“ On checking in our room it smelled a bit of smoke so when we went to get some more towels we mentioned it to the Receptionist, she could'nt do enough for us. She moved us straight away to a perfect room which was clean and everything looked very well looked after - spotless. ”

Liked the staff they were very good. Location is good, and plenty of parking. The only room I could book was a quad room, the noise from families on the top floor kept you awake, No breakfast with the room, I think this is a must without an increase in the charge rate, if your staying you spend anyway, I noticed more going to MacDonalds for breakfast then staying in to eat.

Karen (Team Leader) was charming, personable and helpful- worthy of promotion. Immaculate, comfortable and quiet room. Polite and pleasant staff. Sunday breakfast got a bit chaotic, but staff coped well.

The room was very cold. No heating was on we had to wait 3hrs for the room to heat up. 1 small heater is not enough. Then in the early hrs the heating want off and we were very cold again.

The staff was lovely. The bed really comfy. The room was large. Very good quality breakfast. Would have loved to have daily newspapers on site, as the closest vendor is a garage 5 mins walk away. As it was cold and snowing I didn't fancy leaving the hotel before breakfast. This is a minor comment - as it did not affect at all the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Quiet. Comfortable. Attentive Staff. Food in Bewer's Fare 'good pub food' and not expensive. Breakfast had nothing missing! Walls rather thin. Heard the person next door snoring, but not loud enough to keep me awake.

A very clean and reasonably comfortable room. Very friendly smiling staff who were only too willing to help when there was a need to do so. We cannot praise the staff enough and they are a credit to the hotel. Value for money accomodation. Our room location looked out towards industrial units. Our particular room was close to a beer cellar with what appeared to be a fan that kept going on and off, all through the night. The breakfast menu did not have enough options and breakdown of costs. I.e Should we have required a simple breakfast of coffee and egg on toast this would have cost us £8. So to get value for money we would have to eat far more than we would require.

Loved the free half hour each day of wifi access. Spacious room and comfy bed. Road works everywhere but eventually the position of the hotel will be ideal for visitors to Andover.

Convenient local to family members we were visiting , easy to find, quiet location. Great to take a beer from the bar up to bed with us. At breakfast, food wasn't being replaced very quickly after supplies had been exhausted eg hash browns, fresh fruit. Rooms were ok for us but must have been very hot in the summer months

The neighbouring pub food was reasonable value and breakfast was decent. Our room wasnt made up properly (my daughters bed hadnt been made), the bath towels were damp, when we went to go to bed I pulled back the covers to find heavily stained sheets and numerous hairs in the bed! The receptionist did her best to resolve the situation by changing all the bedding and giving us a full refund on the nights accommodation. I have stayed at a few Premier Inns and never before had this sought of experience but at £84 for room only this is not a value for money option regardless of the problems, I believe pi need to decide where they want to be in the market and make adjustments to the rate or the quality and service. I would definitely not recommend this particular hotel but thank you to the receptionist who did her best to resolve a very unsatisfactory situation.

The staff was very friendly and most helpful sorting out the booking mess that was made by the web site. We booked for 2 adults and 1 child in a quad room. Booking.com messed up the booking and it was only down as 2 Adults. Liz on the reception was so kind and sorted out the issue with no problem and had staff make up another bed in the room while we where checking in. If you stay at this hotel you will find most of the staff very pleasant and willing to help with any problems that might occur. The room lacked air conditioning. So on warm days all you have is a simple fan to try keep the room cool. While your trying to sleep this can be very noisy.
