Well received when we arrived, information freely given and explained all the amenities very well. Very quiet during the night, we slept well
Phone call beforehand to confirm details and breakfast location
Adjacent Beefeater restaurant food quality poor. We had a family in the room above who were walking/running about at 6am on a Sunday morning, with squeaky floorboards! We feel families with children should be placed on the ground floor.
Needed a good nights sleep before taking part in the Great South Run and this hotel was perfect. Beefeater next door was good.
Good location, comfortable beds and very clean. Helpful and courteous staff.
Too hot in our family as the thermostat appeared not to be working, so an uncomfortable sleep
Nothing not to like, staff very helpful, the room ,bed, evening meal and breakfast all very good.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and fhe breakfast was good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful
Being woken at 2 in the morning by people stomping around in the room above.
Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good.staff were friendly.
Outside of building in need of upate
only one armchair in the room. The television was very poor ,too small and no teletext.
Friendly easy going staff
No breakfast included
The bed was far too high and I needed a stool (which was provided) to get into it. I am 5ft 2ins so don't think I am overly short.
the first gentleman was very kind and caring and sorted out the problem of dirty towel and dirty floor
THE ROCK HARD BED - I could not sleep all night - I asked the lady if all the beds were the same in all of the premier inns I advised the lady on check out and she said there was nothing wrong with the mattress as they are all new and cost 1000 each and were only a few weeks old also the bed was very high - I am only 5ft 1
No seating area at reception
Staff helpful - reception, restaurant and cleaning. Good breakfast.
Exterior of hotel and nearby Beefeater require a serious make-over. Room windows are mouldy - cleaning staff need to use disinfectant/bleach. Not the hotel's issue, but it is next to impossible to turn right from the hotel between 0730 and 2030 given the busy A27 - best go left to traffic lights and retrace route.
nice clean room ideal base for burpham village hall, staff very friendly and helpful
Always travlled through but will definitely be back to stay at Premier Inn location for Arundel and the coast excellent .........
had problem with late night revelllers
Approach ability of the staff, good breakfast
Very stuffy and hot and poor window ventilation needing the assistance of a fan which had to be requested and was the last due to a lot of other rooms suffering in the same way, according to the reception staff
Perfect for what we needed clean, friendly with all essential needs met.
I liked the fact the staff were very welcoming to myself and family being friendly and having time to chat with my children who are very talkative. The hotel and surroundings are very well presented. Thank you for a delightful stay.
If any thing I didn't have the option to secure my room from inside, having small children a concern during nighttime
A convenient place. Staff friendly and helpful.
Road into Arundel very busy- Goodwood races may be the explanation- but found it safer to turn left and come back rather than risk a collision. Bed a bit too soft. Beer terrible. Only Whitbread's own on sale even with a plethora of local ones less than a mile away. Bar tables not cleaned much. Local taxi firm not very reliable on a weekend
Very polite staff very clean
The male receptionist was so helpful. Everything was explained even down to spare sheets if it was too hot with a duvet. The choice at breakfast was very good and the staff brilliant with young children. Nothing was too much trouble.
The fact that it was 30 degrees in our room whilst my niece and her family were in a room next door experienced 32 degrees. 2 adults and 3 children in one room was unbearable. This hotel definitely needs air conditioning since the windows were very small and only opened to a degree
The comfort and friendliness of the staff. Was very hot during our stay and receptionist asked if we would like a sheet for coolness. These were delivered to our room, for which we were immensely grateful! Great breakfast too
Coffee from flasks wasn't very hot on both mornings
