Score from 207 reviews Fabulous
Styled like a French chateau, this historical manor is 1.5 miles from Ascot Racecourse. It has a relaxing spa with swimming pool and gym, and boasts an AA Rosette-rated restaurant.
Score from 146 reviews Good
Just 30 minutes from Heathrow Airport and 5 minutes from the M3, the Hilton Bracknell features modern rooms, a health club, a 24-hour bar and free parking.
Score from 205 reviews Good
Bagshot Premier Inn is close to junction 3 of the M3, walking distance from Bagshot Train Station and well-located for trips to Legoland and Thorpe Park. It features the on-site Cricketers restaurant....
Score from 109 reviews Very good
good food .breakfast/dinner helpfull staff.
the news that some big wig has decided to close the accomodation side of the buisness .instead of spending some money on a refurb.
Constant sound of running water in bathroom made sleeping difficult
We were offered a refund because of disturbance by other guests in the night. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The disturbance! but it wasn't the fault of premier inn. They initially dealt with the problem very well- at 3.45am! But it carried on unfortunately..
large clean comfortable room, good food
Lack of parking near to room
The reception staff and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable. Great car park - and free.
The décor was very tired (Peeling paint and stains on the walls ...) the room was functional but tiny and the bathroom ok - towels thin and old. Couldn't open the window in the room and the entire hotel was dark and dingy.
The bathrooms to be honest are a little dated and are in need of modernisation. Has not changed from my last visit about 2 years ago. As the saying goes,'The place is old hat'.
Location for Ascot Racecourse.
Bar-restaurant requires re-decorating and modernising.
Very nice Breakfast, good value for money. Evening meal was excellent, one of the best Steak's I have had. Very friendly staff. Excellent location for the Ascot racecourse.
Hotel and Restaurant was very Hot, room was ok providing the windows were left open. Noisy in corridors mainly due to creaking floor boards. Stayed in room 34 (I think), position of TV was not convenient for viewing.
Close to Ascot race course, Staff at Premier were very helpful and caring. Kerry in reception deserves a mention and Lee in the restaurant.
Bed was very comfortable
Bathroom in dire need of updating. Mould in silicone and grout and needs re tiling. Also new flooring required. Did not feel clean
Staff were fantastic. Restaurant had a reasonable selection. Loved the chalet style rooms. Perfect for Ascot races. Reasonable price
Bar was understaffed. Could benefit from a little paint and tlc. Toilet paper was impractical.
Excellent location for racecourse.
Dated building, poor decor, noisy, creaking floorboards,
The adjoining pub, royal forester, staff were very efficient and friendly, food was good, breakfast excellent and good value.
The rooms were in need of re furbishment and this was clearly a work in progress. Would have liked two rooms together but late booking prevented this.
We have now stayed at the Premier Inn twice and have found that it suits all our needs whilst in the area. When we visit the UK next, we will stay again.
Location and the welcome
The décor is tired and it needs sprucing up in general. I also disliked being called by my first name by one of the stall in the dining room - it did not happen again!
Excellent breakfast and service
The old tired look of accommodation in a prime location - nothing like other premier inns (Leeds) no facilities for resident late drinks.bar staff rude and more interested in local drinkers. No air conditioning in bedrooms just old fan. Despite location accommodation needs investment.
The receptionist was very helpful as were the staff in the bar.
The room was filthy, run down, damp in the bathroom and located at ground level next to the car park with lots of noise due to people coming and going. I wouldn't stay there again
Helpfulness of receptionist - within minutes of being asked for missing towels(!), she delivered them to the door.
Missing towels! Also, the room was extremely cold.
friendly staff nice clean room.
we found the room very hot and stuffy It would have been nice to have had two chairs.
Nothing really. Expected a lot better for our upgrade.
The overall state of the hotel and how unclean it was.
The price was budget friendly and the staff were excellent.Very close to Ascot,Lego Land and M4.Very nice countryside.
The lay out of the facilities.
Staff very helpful on early check in.
Mould in Bath room and damp patches in bedroom ceiling. Room very noisy as above bar and staff talking by reception area till very late, staff up early using creaking stairs right outside room.Road very busy most of the night but Hotel can't be blamed for that.
Restaurant staff friendly.
In a word it was 'grubby.' Paint peeling off windows, loads of litter on arrival in bar area and outside by tables. Tatty corridor leading to rooms, rooms not cleaned very well. Not particularly cheap or welcoming
dirty toilet very stained, dirty bath where matt once was. very tardy and sad in appearance.
Room typically premier inn clean.
The Beefeater was awful. The furniture was falling to pieces. Very rough considering we were in Ascot and it cost £98 should have been £29 at the most. It did not reflect the area it was in. Just because its set in an expensive area doesn't mean it reflects that and therefore the price should be set by the property. The breakfast was awful worst I've ever had. In fact we ended up just having a piece of toast. We go to Windsor/Ascot regularly our usual hotel was booked up. We will never go here again and maybe never use a premier inn again. I can not tell you how awful it was I had to have the telly on to drown out the noise as we were actually put on top of the pub. I asked to be put in the main building not the bungalow type rooms as it was just my daughter and I. This was because normally premier inn is separate from the pub. An absolutely awful experience. You need to widen your questions I didn't use your website as tourist information fir Ascot so your question (5) should be about the premier inn. Ascot I would recommend, the premier inn never never never.
