Mostly everything, enjoyed my stay, thank the staff. Ken Horn

Just a personal note, I can not get used to the soap dispensers, and I also would have liked a face towel

Staff (expectant blonde lady in bar/restaurant was superb at every meal) Breakfast very plentiful/tasty and good value.

Heating (control panel didn't have much effect)

Nothing was too much trouble and the staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The dinner in the restaurant was expensive and so were the bottles of water in the vending machine.

Efficient and friendly welcome. Provision of sheets as well as duvets due to hot weather, choice of firm or soft pillows, very comfy bed. Attached to Inn so we could eat without going out again Room was large so both girls had their own comfy bed

Would need more clothes space if staying more than a couple of days. It was very hot weather, we'd been told that a fan was available if needed but found the small one in the room, thought that was "it", only to find there was a pedestal fan available if we had asked....we were to cool the room sufficiently for comfort through the night.

    Breakfast very good.

Disabled rooms have an ordinary bath!!! Very soft mattress. A lot of disabled people have bad backs so a good firm mattress needed.

Quiet room as requested Cleanliness General emphasis on QUIET

Lorries wrecking the entrance. Not a good look. Ashby probably needs a lorry park !

    Everything

I am a feather pillow man so pillows were a bit to 'bouncy' for me so I took my own lovely nights sleep

Standard high quality which can be found in all Premier Inns. Staff were most helpful and pleasant.

Location was a bit isolated inasmuch that one had to drive to anywhere if one didn't wish to use the in house restaurant.

    Clean and modern room

It was boiling in the night! The window only opened about an inch and we had no air conditioning and no fan like our friends room had. Therefore we didn't hardly sleep, which was a shame!!!

    Breakfast menu

muddle over non smoking and eating. we tried to dine outside as the evening was pleasant but experience ruined by smoker coming to table. Surely a space for smokers could be made available elsewhere and away from the dining area

Staff extremely helpful and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Water provided on reception free of charge as weather very warm.

The windows didnt open far enough which meant on the hottest longest day the room was very hot. Staff did however bring us another fan when we requested.

Ease of travel from there to other places. Very clean & comfortable room. Good breakfast choice. Majority of staff were outstandingly friendly.

Very busy weekend with festival on, caused staff to be stressy at Saturday morning breakfast time, which stressed us too.

Good quality of accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff.

Poor value (£122 per night for first two nights, total of more than £400 for the four nights) for bed only in a Premier Inn on an estate some distance from the town centre. Bedroom as far from reception and stairs as possible.

Perfect location, friendly helpful staff (even in the middle of the night!), very comfy bed, lovely hot shower. We didn't check in until 12:30am but this wasn't a problem.

Didn't want to pay £8.75 for breakfast but this is an all you can eat breakfast so good value if you have a large appetite. There was a McDonald's next door though so we just went there for a bacon roll and hashbrown.
