i loved everything about this place and would definately use again
Rosie was great. All staff really helpful and friendly. Excellent experience! Breskfast was super!!!
Room quite dark.
the hospitality I received on our arrival at reception. the offer of assistansce of help with our luggage. the breakfast which was one of the best we have ever received in an hotel ( and weI have stayed in a few).Premier Inn will definitely be my future choice...
had a little problem locating the hotel on arrival in the area even with the help of a sat-nav..staff said this is a common problem and hotel sign not visible from the road.
Great welcome from friendly staff
The welcome was warm, very nice after a long journey from Cornwall. The bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast. and the staff were very friendly. Kids breakfast is free which is very good, as my children don't tend to eat a big breakfast.
The bed could have been firmer, as I could feel every movement my partner made whilst sleeping.
Dinner at the adjoining restaurant was poor quality.
Very friendly staff. Decent all you can eat breakfast. Clean. Comfy.
The staff we deal with was good
Arrived was ask it wanted a different room as were book in a disable room which did not need. which we did , when returning to the room after going out at 2 am we found the mattress was very wet and sheets and duvet .we only got offered clean sheets and a single duvets. This room should havenot been booked out as the staff said they had been a accident on the mattress !!!!!!!!. Would you have sleep in it!!!!!
Very clean comfortable friendly
X2 tea bags in room for beverages ,I personally don't drink tea ,perhaps coffee could be incorporated.
Breakfast was brill
Not enough coffee sugar milk and tea in the room.
Has everything you need for a relaxed stay. Good food at the pub too.
Reception staff were delightful nothing too much trouble.
Don't know whether it's a different cook on Sunday morning but the omelette I had was abysmal and both mine and my husband's food looked like it had been thrown on the plate. The only reason I didn't complain was because the staff seemed to be charging backwards and forwards and they weren't very busy so don't know why they seemed so distracted.
Friendly staff throughout our stay.
The rooms advertised online are not always what you get. We were told the pictures advertised for this hotel were from the newer hotels plotted around the country. This meant viewing 3 to 4 rooms on arrival. Also our booking included breakfast, however booking.com and Premier Inns seemed to disagree....terribly embarrassing when you have the public queuing behind you to be told of this error caused by either party. We paid for the services, the administration had let us down.
Good location, Food next door, Comfy room and bed :)
staff .........Kayliegh.... .....very willing to help with a map of ashby
not easy to find.... because of two different codes Not a good experience in the restaurant.
The Staff were excellent. The check in was smooth and dinner in the restaurant was good value for money. Room clean .The comments were noted by the staff an acted upon promptly
The bed was like a trampoline i.e. very springy. Also the duvet was too hot but the sheet on its own would not have been warm enough. .
This is the first time we have stayed in a Premier Inn and was really impressed with the quality and value for money. The Inn was easy to find on our way on route from Derbyshire to Hertfordshire. The surrounding area was lovely and quiet and staff delightful especially the breakfast waitress who was lovely and very attentive. Well done.
Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location Good sized family room Good breakfast
Everything, especially the warm welcome from Rosie the receptionist, and nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff.
No criticism at all.
They were so freindy while staying my mum has desterbed sleep,so she didn't wake us (that's myself and my 15 year old daughter)she went out to reception and they made her a coffee charted and put themselves out to make sure she was OK .
Can't think of anything!
When we arrived the receptionist put me at ease, she was happy, helpful and very friendly, nothing would have been too much trouble I'm sure. Everything was explained very clearly.
We had breakfast the following morning at brewers fayre. Although the food was ok the main breakfast once ordered took a while to come to the table, I won't be booking breakfast again when staying at a premier inn next to a brewers.
All the stay
Nice size room, excellent staff.
Mostly everything, enjoyed my stay, thank the staff. Ken Horn
Just a personal note, I can not get used to the soap dispensers, and I also would have liked a face towel
