Thoroughly recommend this Premier Inn, the staff are fabulous and the room very comfortable
Incorrect information sent from booking.com to Premier inn. Took an hour to find and prepare a room. 3 children under 10 having a very poor start to the weekend. Very frustrating.
Having an allergy to all cow products can be quite difficult at times. I was very impressed that all needs were catered for. Being able to have a cup of tea with milk in the morning was a pleasure I greatly enjoyed
Room was a little cold, but managed well by the staff with a additional heater.
Staff Facilities Restaurant
Stayed with extended family. All staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
Was expecting a buffet style 'help yourself' breakfast. It wasn't. Cooked items had to be ordered. Presumably because served in bar attached to hotel. That said. You could tailor order as required and staff were excellent.
Very clean and good attention to detail
Breakfast and everything excellent.Booked three rooms and all seven of were very satisfied with everything.Staff were lovely.A bright good morning from the maid on the way to breakfast after a heavy night was lovely
The attention of the staff the tasty cont. breakfast and the comfort of the room.woderful stay
Friendly reception staff. Clean rooms.
Great comfort. Spacious room with a bath tub and shower. Very comfortable and clean. Nicole Lissaman and John in particular were extremely helpful, polite and courteous. Thank you so much for making me welcome.
Staff were great, very helpful.
Service for cooked breakfast was very slow. Had buffet and then had to wait 45 mins for cooked breakfast., by the time this had arrived the toast machine and all refreshments had been removed.
Brilliant friendly staff . In the reception and in the restaurant .
i loved everything about this place and would definately use again
Rosie was great. All staff really helpful and friendly. Excellent experience! Breskfast was super!!!
Room quite dark.
the hospitality I received on our arrival at reception. the offer of assistansce of help with our luggage. the breakfast which was one of the best we have ever received in an hotel ( and weI have stayed in a few).Premier Inn will definitely be my future choice...
had a little problem locating the hotel on arrival in the area even with the help of a sat-nav..staff said this is a common problem and hotel sign not visible from the road.
Great welcome from friendly staff
The welcome was warm, very nice after a long journey from Cornwall. The bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast. and the staff were very friendly. Kids breakfast is free which is very good, as my children don't tend to eat a big breakfast.
The bed could have been firmer, as I could feel every movement my partner made whilst sleeping.
Dinner at the adjoining restaurant was poor quality.
Very friendly staff. Decent all you can eat breakfast. Clean. Comfy.
The staff we deal with was good
Arrived was ask it wanted a different room as were book in a disable room which did not need. which we did , when returning to the room after going out at 2 am we found the mattress was very wet and sheets and duvet .we only got offered clean sheets and a single duvets. This room should havenot been booked out as the staff said they had been a accident on the mattress !!!!!!!!. Would you have sleep in it!!!!!
Very clean comfortable friendly
X2 tea bags in room for beverages ,I personally don't drink tea ,perhaps coffee could be incorporated.
Breakfast was brill
Not enough coffee sugar milk and tea in the room.
Has everything you need for a relaxed stay. Good food at the pub too.
Reception staff were delightful nothing too much trouble.
Don't know whether it's a different cook on Sunday morning but the omelette I had was abysmal and both mine and my husband's food looked like it had been thrown on the plate. The only reason I didn't complain was because the staff seemed to be charging backwards and forwards and they weren't very busy so don't know why they seemed so distracted.
