Premier Inn Ashford Central  

Friendly reception No fuss invitation to use car park

There seemed a discrepancy between the breakfast list left in the room and that available at French Connection - although they appeared the same - perhaps a mishap between printings?

The Ashford Premier Inn is of course one hotel of so many, but is fine for one night. We stayed there last night of our holiday before taking the ferry to Calais. Dover is an half hour drive. The room is clean, reasonable priced and spacious. We had dinner at the Table Table next door and that was also fine.

Nothing.

Service was friendly and efficient. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend this hotel. Ashford itself isn't much, but it's central to so many places in Kent and the EuroRail.

Close to the M20, so can get noisy.

Convenient for my travel plans. Very friendly staff, cleaned well, value for money. All my questions were answered promptly and requested items delivered to room.

Carpet in room was grubby, and window seal on double glazing broken and misted up, so we could not see out of it, we left it open all the time.

Knowing what to expect,clean comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Bonus! allowed us in early, to change for local wedding at 2:00 pm. Plenty of free car parking

Location in industrial estate

Beds were very comfortable and room was dark whilst sleeping. Could not hear any traffic although very near to main road.

No telephone in the room.

Cleanliness, decoration, Co operative receptionists especially Mr. Norman and Miss Shauni.

I actually stayed in Ashford, so felt its so lonely, and away from amusements. No in house amusements and attractions too.

An ideal place to stay when using the Channel Tunnel . We broke our journey there after travelling from the Midlands .The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable .

The staff were very friendly and the meals excellent.

The price could be cheaper for regular stayers, like us.

I liked that it was very close to Ashford international.

It was very clean and the location was good for us. I liked the way we were able to book in late.

The bed was very uncomfortable my daughter suffered with back ache for days after. Also when we left we were unable to inform the staff about this.as she was on the phone and just put her hand out for the keys. So much for the promise of a good nights sleep or your money back.

Staff on reception fantastic.

It said that this was Premier `inn Central Ashford, however it is not in the centre of Ashford at all. This is misleading.

The only criticism, and it is a very tiny one is that the coffee at breakfast was not very good. There were Costa signs displayed but I have never before had bad Costa coffee.

Gina was on reception when we arrived and was very helpful & friendly, the room was large, clean & bright. Everything good!

The location

The heating in Premier Inns is rubbish, the room was cold & no matter what I did the heating did not work properly. The instructions do not hel at all as they don't work.

It was close to the Eurail station

The bed was horrendous.

As usual very comfortable and easy access to Eurostar which was the reason for our booking.

It was a stone throws from the event we were attending at Boyz Hall

Shower was pathetic.

Friendly staff member checked us in. Our room was clean and very comfortable!

Insulation not very good. I could hear the people upstairs.

I froze waiting in the open at the taxi rank at Ashford Rail station for about 30-min. At the Premier Inn the heating in my room was turned down This was unwelcoming and I found the room rather too Spartan for my taste. Nevertheless, I slept well.
