Nosiy family upstairs. Food and service poor in the pub next door.
Air conditioner, clean, new looking, comfortable beds, great tv and very spacious.
Hash browns need to improve!!;
Good sized room, very clean and friendly staff
The quick and easy access to the tunnel, the friendliness of the reception staff. Lenny's right - the bed was extremely comfortable.
Great room Food next door was excellent
It was quiet
Nothing to report
Size of disabled room was brilliant as we had to take lots of equipment with us. Staff very helpful both with our pre enquiry and whilst we were there.
The room, the shower, the front desk clerk's helpfulness, the comfortable bed, the good breakfast -- all were fine.
Location, location, location. We were unfamiliar with Ashford and had somehow thought that "Central" meant that it would be central and therefore close to the train station. It is not. Other than that, it's fine.
Room 58 had hardly any hot water when other prople ran their taps. Then sat on toilet seat and it snapped and I am BMI normal!! Not impressed.resturant was over price and vast portions no small menu.
It was quiet, clean and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice for all of us. Easy check in and check out. No problems. Couldn't hear the traffic from the main road and we were in a room facing the road.
Room was a bit small with four beds squashed in but was ok for one night. Wouldn't have liked it if I was staying any longer. Was a bit expensive compared to other premier inns.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was welcoming despite it being very late at night when we arrived. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of hot water.
We were a little annoyed at the loud music playing in the restaurant during breakfast. This was not a good idea first thing in the morning!
The room was clean and set up to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. As we were leaving before breakfast was served it was handy having a 24 hour McDonalds opposite. Even though the hotel is located close to the road we couldn't hear it.
Location to Ashford international
noise of ceiling lights rattling from room above
A little pricey but that's down to location to the channel tunnel Staff extremely helpful
Clean, quiet rooms, helpful staff.
A bit remote location, half an hour on foot from the train station. And wifi is only free for 30 minutes, and still requires a signup with your email address, choosing a password... please, we're in 2014.
Comfy beds and good location for channel tunnel
If you have no car, almost nothing is close by (restaurants)
Very helpful staff in the hotel and the adjacent restaurant. Ideal location for overnight stay before getting ferry next morning.
The shower was a bit feeble.
Handy for the channel tunnel. and a lot cheaper than the Folkestone hotels
Located on an industrial estate with the only food/drink option being a mediocre bar/restaurant
All of it -good location, super room, very clean good food. Friendly staff. car parking.
Room and staff
Title misleading Central! 5 pound taxi fare to town! No single room price
Noise Quilt not comfy Pillows awful (my partner had a crick in his neck for 3 days afterwards) They should be support pillows, especially when you have a disabled room). I felt like I was in a cupboard and the noise from the bathroom was horrendous (the blower goes off when you put the light on) which I feel is unnecessary, there should be a separate cord for this if it is needed. Flannels were not supplied. Not enough tea bags or milk. Often there was a notice at the desk saying "staff away" so we couldnt ask anyone.
Good location for visit to local Hospital. Friendly Staff.
Some road noise from room facing the Main road
Clean comfy and friendly staff
Bit expensive compared to others.
Staff were friendly and professional.
Location isn't exactly 'central', this is a decent distance outside of Ashford town centre.
