Value for money. Excellent breakfast. Pleasant staff. Ease of access. Great parking.

Could do with two comfortable chairs in the 'double' room. Access to bottled water for tea making. Phone in room.

Very convenient for Eurostar, comfy rooms, friendly and helpful staff, could leave the car for free in comparative safety, (CCTV), good value for money.

Not so easy to find - there was no clue on road out of Ashford that Premier was a few miles further along. We had to divert into the village to ask directions. The first indication was the actual building. See below - what is Charing?? I assume you mean location of this hotel

Most impressed with the family room which was very spacious and comfortable.

Beefeater restaurant next door was a bit cold in terms of temp and atmosphere!

I like the fact that the beefeater is next door and that it is close to charing crematorium, it was mothers day weekend, we stayed to lay flowers for my mum. it was warm, welcoming, clean, tidy, good parking, and helpful.

Pub next door. Quiet area. Husband pulled emergency cord by mistake and response was immediate.

The cleanliness and the location to Eurostar

The heating was on all night and the thermostat kept clicking. In fairness to the hotel they said I could have over rode this and turned the heating to manual.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel during a mid-week break. It is located very close to the m20 & the outlet centre, I can honestly say that this was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff were amazing and having the beefeater next door was also a bonus! I would not hesitate in staying again.

Would have been good to have free wifi, 30 mins free did seem abit mean!

Booking was incorrect - quad room only booked for one / wanted to charge extra for an adult breakfast but kindly waivered the cost as it was down to booking.com

Children were able to share a family room with full sized beds.

From check in to check out no problems with the hotel.

The beefeater was poor on food quality poor on service and over priced.

Chosen for a stopover before an early Eurotunnel departure and found the location excellent with less than 15 minutes to the terminal.

The usual dull & overpriced menu in the Beefeater but found an excellent local pub less than 5 minutes drive away.

The very high professional levels of both care and service. I was given precise telephone details as to how to find the hotel from the centre of Ashford. Upon arrival, a reservation was kindly made for me to eat at the adjoining and indeed most welcoming Beefeater Grill. After a good night's sleep in a clean comfortable bed, a route plan was kindly printed at reception enabling me to move on to my next destination with ease. With ample parking, conveniently located alongside the M20, and relaxing surroundings, I would recommend this hotel without a moments hesitation. In addition and for a very reasonable price, I ate a delcious full cooked breakfast with my son, being under 15 eating as much as he liked for free. Well done !

The fact that when we arrived we were told we had No room even though I had your print out it was very Annoying it was after a while they found my booking In the name of mrs Linda and a quad room booked For one person and not 4 crazy but the receptionist Sorted it and made the extra beds up will never Book through you guys again only directly with The hotel I wasted time and my grandchildren Where worried we would have to return home Unnecessary stress

The friendly greeting, the cleanliness of the room, the offers made available, helpful staff & easy parking. The staff in the beefeater next were also very helpful and attentive.

We just can't knock it, we shall return on our next eurostar trip.

As we were quite late booking we were allocated the disabled room. I loll after a boy in a wheel chair and whst the room was quite spacious the bathroom with a bath would have been unsuitable a wet room with a wheel able bath chair is most easily accessed for us

It is easy to get to, and close to the Eurotunnel terminal.

Biggest problem was the heat in the room (hard to sleep)
