The view over the lake, friendly reception staff, comfortable well equip t rooms.

We couldn't get a refund for a canceled nights stay although the receptionist tried her hardest as it was after 12pm

Location was quiet. My son enjoyed the play area. The staff were genuinely friendly. Customer service was excellent. The view overlooking the lake was pleasant.

The amount of litter outside the hotel and pub was terrible. The area could have been really attractive but the plastic bags etc really spoiled it. For this reason I would not recommend it to others or return myself.

Forgot my toothpaste was offered a full pack 3.99. Dear to just brush teath. Should sell separate items. Wifi this day and age should be free not half hour. Try linking with bt free zone or virgin anyware

Lady on reception was lovely, our room was booked as a disabled one by accident and she changed it straight away.

Staff were very helpful, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast exceeded expectations, excellent value

We enjoyed our stay there, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was perfect for couples and Families. Good food choices but could of being hotter. Lovely surroundings. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Helpfuness and Compassion of Staff. The receptionist espeically (Julie) could not do enough for us make our stay as pleasant as possible. This especially so on the Saturday evening when my daughter was taken ill (voilently sick I'm afraid). Again Julie could not do enough for us in this difficult situation.

My husband and i have stayed her 4 times now and love it..The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much for them.The location is ideal..with the lake being a bonus! The food was good too. I`d like to thank Management and all staff for making us welcome..always x x x Love Hazel x x x

We were in disabled room 12..However..we did hear the traffic through the night and in the morning! I am not complaining, but the lady on reception did say that if we heard any noise we would not be charged for the room! I do not want re-embursing but think you need to look into it? Ok xxxxx Bye for now...We will be back xxxxx

It was in the right location on our tour up the east coast. Th efood in the restaurant was acceptable and the staff friendly and helpful.

The room we were allocated seemed to be righr above some sort of machinery (air con unit?) which was quite loud and prevented a good nights sleep. We personally do not like the wind faqrm nearby but that is only our choice.

Convenient for my stay. It was friendly, informal and well-run (though a slight mix-up over the booking; fortunately I had printed off the booking receipt.

I hoped for a discounted price -as the location was remote and I was travelling alone.

Staff was friendly.

Room had only one chair for two people. Did not like volume control on tv seemed very childish since we were paying top dollar... Bed was unmade twice during our second stay july 26-july 30 why no tissues in rooms or washcloths.

We were located at the back. The road there is a little noisy, but when you close the window it is ok.

Good location- nice lake to the front. Recently updated the reception which is much more user friendly. Usual good value for money. Staff friendly

The restaurant next door- which has turned into a nightmare for the business traveller - they have introduced cheap meals every week night- and the place was manic. I stood and waited for a table as there was nowhere to wait/sit. Food was ok when it arrived- took two hours to have a standard meal of two courses! Staff were overworked and it showed. Breakfast was not good- undercooked egg for example. I didn't complain because I needed to head out to work, but generally the food side of things has deteriorated greatly since my last stay. Would have to think hard about staying there again- purely because of the restaurant

Service was second to none, all staff so helpful. The disabled room was wonderful and we had a very quiet peaceful night. I had a hospital appointment very early the next morning and they came to my door to check i was up and ready for it. Highly recommended

Really liked the location and the restaurant next door. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

Checking in took longer than expected and there was some debate over whether breakfast was included even though it was stated on the booking confirmation.

The best Premier Inn I've seen so far. The staff were fantastic: Whether it was at the reception or at the bar/restaurant area, everybody was absolutely nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a beautiful spot by a lake, very peaceful. It was lovely to sit outside for a drink or a cup of coffee. We had dinner and breakfast at the facilities. Both were good and reasonably priced. The room was very clean, pleasant and comfortable, except for the air conditioning which didn't seem to work properly. As a consequence (it was a rather warm night), I couldn't sleep. But when I mentioned that at reception the following morning, they immediately, and without me even asking for it, offered a full refund! Wonderful place

As I mentioned, the only issue we had was a malfunctioning air conditioning in the room, and we got a refund for that. Not sure how easy the access is if you're not arriving by car, so my only advice is that for people using public transport, make sure you can easily find it. Other than that, the place was perfect!

Other than lack of a armchair or settee, everything was fine. The receptionist was happy and jolly. The room was fine, and the food was great. Thank you.
