Staff excellent and very helpful. Excellent location for what we needed. Good price. Beds not as good as previous premier inns I have stayed in. Showers very poor indeed - shocking water pressure.

Very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Cars parked immediately outside ground floor window, which had to be open all night as no air-con. Kept awake for bloody hours with vehicles running outside. Only enough tea/coffe for 1 person. Soap & loo roll from dispensers like a public toilet. Very small double bed. No shampoo, bath foam etc

Bed was most comfortable. Iron board and iron available on asking. Staff cleaning our room were very nice and helpful. Took almost an hour to book in because my reserved rooms were given away. In the end I only got 2 of 3 rooms I reserved. Within minutes of arriving in my room that night there was a knock on the door and the staff told me I was making a noise which I put down to me breathing. Having booked an extra night (mistake), we were woken by the noise of the refuse, food and another truck.

Staff very helpful indeed. Room very clean and tidy, food again very good. Everything was very good apart from the BEDS ! The mattresses on the beds in our room were awful, and so lumpy we had to take duvets off the other beds to lay on. Certainly not luxury beds as advertised and an uncomfortable night of poor sleep. I did complete a comments form to this end and handed it in to the Reception, but they were very busy so made no further comments to them as we left. After all, everything else was very good.

The bed was so comfortable And tea and coffee was refreshing after a long journey. We did think the price was a little steep! We expected to pay about £35/40 for the night.

The room was clean with good facilities and the breakfast was quite good. The postcode for satnav was quite a way out so took another half an hour to find. We had to pay extra for the breakfast where as when we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express the breakfast was included for £28 less.

It was ideal for our visit We were kept awake by 2 drunken men fighting in the corridor, shouting, banging, police were called. We eventually slept around 1:30am.
