“ We were so shocked to find the Premier Hotel was where we had stayed as guest's at the Holiday Inn! Very pleased to meet some of the previous staff . Everyone made us most welcome. We will certainly stay at the Hotel again. ”

The service was excellent def 4 star service would highly reccomend comfortable clean couldn't do enough for us The breakfast was a bit dried up but overall a good selection on offer

Staff were really friendly There was a fire alarm during the night also the room we were in 325 had a really loud group of males who spent most of the early hours making a lot of noise and knocking on room doors . Therefore we did not get a lot of sleep

Window had a constant breeze coming in through it even when closed, this made for an uncomfortable stay as I had to turn the heating up to compensate, but the draft was still obvious.

I travel alot for work and stay in numerous hotels. This hotel has been the best by far. Friendly staff who will go out of their way for you. Good food at reasonable prices the evening meal and breakfast were lovely. The rooms clean and comfortable. I will stay here again next time I am in Ayr.

* Dining room for breakfast is much improved since taken over from Holiday Inn Express. * Location The "wet room"style disabled bathroom in room 202 is a bit of a disaster - water doesn't readily flow away so use of bath and hand towels needed to mop up excess.
