After 2 weeks of hard beds this was a wonderful experience. The restaurant was excellent at good prices! Great location for Prestwick airport travelers.

Friendly talkative staff (especially the lady supervising the breakfast service in the attached Brewers Fare). Good value stay and great value food.

Not within walking distance (10 minute taxi journey). Needs a little updating

We arrived to two friendly receptionists who ordered us a taxi for our early start to the airport, they really went out of their way to help us. The room was excellent and as we had children the on site restaurant and kids play area was excellent. We would recommend to everyone and will definitely use the hotel again.

the comfort, cleanliness of the hotel itself was of top quality the staff were in general very friendly and helpful. The overall package was great value for money

While the staff in general were friendly this did not apply to the ones we met in the resteraunt who were bordering on rude and were not very helpful

Staff at Premier Inn were very helpful, rooms were a good size, plenty parking. If you are travelling from Prestwick Airport only 5 minutes distance in car/cab.

Brewers Fayre attached - staff unfriendly, not enough staff present long wait for both food and drink.

Good location as very near to the Prestwick airport train station. plenty of beaches and activities all around. The adjacent restaurant has a play area where you play £2 for hrs.

although the windows had double glazing there was no sealing on the sides. Poor facilities within the hotel itself. Not even a decent lounge available. No telephone in the rooms. No room service. Rooms were not hoovered during our stay of 6 days.

    Clean.

We paid for a quad room but one if my kids had to sleep on the floor. Thought they might have offered breakfast as a good will gesture but no they didn't

liked everything about the hotel, even liked the location, 5 mins in a car from the airport. Brewers Fayre on site, petrol station with M&S attached, bit of a truckers station but not too noisy.

I didn't like that it cost £6 in a taxi each way which added to the cost and made it not such a bargain after all.

    Friendly staff.

Sat nav postcode takes travellers to the opposite end of the road where the motel is situated. Unless the error was mine, which could well be. Great place though, thanks.
