Brewers fayre food excellent Receptionist on arrival was verŷ friendly and helpful - once she came off the phone.
Draughty windows! Uncomfortable bed/pillows Noisy fan in bathroom! Shower was a waste of time, trickle of water no use for a shower! Towel rail in bathroom did not work, bathroom and room was very cold on arrival and did not heat up much once either after receptionist finally got heating to work. Paid for wifi - needed to pay for 2 passwords as 1 only covers 2 devices then it didn't work, kept dropping out every few minutes! Asked for a quiet room away from motorway, this room was not quiet, traffic noise was horrendous as road ran along almost next to hotel. The price we paid for this double room was ridiculous considering the refurbished hotels are charging same price! We complained about heating but as there was no point - unless we were going to be moved to another hotel - complaining about other things. I have stayed at many Premier inns in the past all over Scotland with no complaints, this one has to be a joke.
The beds were so comfortable best night sleep in a long time
Not much around the area walking distance
Room was a bit dated
friendly staff comfy rooms. going to visit again.
Friendly, helpful staff, short taxi ride to the airport.
The colour scheme & clean & comfy beds & good breakfast
Fan in the bathroom quite loud
Good sized room, cleanliness standard were high, bed & pillows were comfortable.
Extremely noisy guests kept us awake all night. Could hear every door slamming in the hallway. Also sounded like there was a party going on?! Not ideal when you have a 3am wakeup call and were in the "quiet zone"...
Resturant not so good
Location & service
No direct connection with Glasgow Int. In the Evening due to Poor connection I have to take a taxi which costed me £60! Another taxi in the morning to Prestwick Airport. Will NO use these route in the future.
spacious room and blackout curtains
closeness to Prestwick airport
not easy to find in the dark, some signs at the side of the road would help
Wi if didn't work.
this was one of the best breaks in ages, the breakfast was exceptional. great value all round.
Tea and coffee facilities. Location was good for our needs.
No hairdryer - apparently being upgraded. Some were available from reception. One of the 2 rooms we had was smelling of stale cigarette smoke and was missing a bedside table (room 53). Didn't sleep great due to heat even with windows open. Systems down on arrival so couldn't order food or drinks at the bar.
Asked for a quiet room which I was given.Bed was so comfortable like sleeping on a cloudand albe to adjust the room heating gave for a very happy me.
No hair dryer inthe room although one was available on request. Then if I am really picky no lift to upper floors can be problem.
Veru near airport
Most things were all good , breakfast was brilliant, staff couldn't have been better,
The bed in or room was not that comfortable, room 7, ( have a look and see if anyone else has said this about this room )
Comfy bed and clean.
Banging doors from 6 am, loud car park at the front from 5 am.
Very well placed for Prestwick Airport. Room spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Room overlooked service/petrol station so trucks pulled in all through the night. Too noisy to leave the window open.
We thought it was so good we are going to stay in premier inn when we go London in October
Like it all
staff and room was very good and clean
The staff were so friendly and helpful
Nothing to report
We liked the fact that you did not have to go out off the hotel to take the children for their dinner or their breakfast. We really liked our stay at the hotel we will be back next year when we will be attending the Ayr ice skating competition.
I don't have anything to say bad about the hotel .
We really appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was considering how busy it seemed judging by the busy car park. Our room was really clean and the beds were lovely and comfy-perfect for a good nights sleep.
