The lady on duty the evening I checked in was excellent. Enthusiastic to all guests, helpful and informative. Whilst it's what you ideally expect it's really nice when you get that welcome. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and I complimented her on that welcome.
Friendly, helpful reception staff. Clean well appointed room. Ideal for an overnight stay.
Waiter not particularly attentive.
Friendly staff, great food and service.
All of the staff were excellent but a special thanks to Rachel on reception who gave us a wonderful welcome and helped with our travel plans during our stay. Also Mo in the restaurant who could not do enough and we nick named the road runner,
Staff very friendly & helpful. Full English Breakfast was superb! Short walk from Bagshot train station.
Nothing to pick a fault with.
Very noisy but couldn't shut the windows because it was too hot.
Good value for money very helpful front desk. Friendly staff. Food, drink all on site and good quality Breakfast food was good with great coffee.
Lousy Wifi no reception. Bkfst reception chaotic with unreasonable wait for seating. Hot drinks buffet needs some urgent ergonomic reorganisation.
Bed was comfy and room was clean.
Booked 2 rooms through Booking.com as had employees meeting at hotel. They got to hotel before us and could not check in until they had paid for room, I spoke with reception and tried to get them to take payment from me over phone but they could only do this if they had a FAX authorisation...a FAX!!! who uses one of those these days, isn't that the whole idea of on line bookings which have credit card details etc!! so I got my employee to pay for one night and I would sort out when I got there. It seems what they did was cancel the 2nd night booking and then re book it at a different rate..more!! than the rate I had originally booked - I have yet to see if I get a refund. On top of that the 2nd night got back to hotel after a very long working day to find the Beefeater shut as it had no water, luckily the showers still worked but they weren't sure for how long and there was bottled water in the room for teeth brushing but I had to ask reception for an explanation, they were not overly friendly or helpful, I had to ask about breakfast....basically they didn't give a monkeys, I had to ask about my refund for breakfasts already paid for and there was not mention of compensation for the fact we then had to travel and find somewhere else to eat for both evening meal and breakfast...overall the worst Premier Inn I have stayed in for service and the most expensive. I would avoid staying there again which is a shame as I have some business in the area for the next 4 weeks with 4 employees to put up in hotels.
No water to clean teeth only bottled no breakfast which I paid for because pub next door closed due to no water
Friendly staff Commitment to a comfortable night Breakfast
Not enough power points Noise from road
Was a late booking during airshow weekend, so was happy to get a room at a 'reasonable' price. Comfortable room - very hot weather and there was no air conditioning but a fan was supplied and was already switched on when we arrived. Sofa bed was made up and ready for my daughter. Very pleasant reception staff. Excellent breakfast - large choice to suit all and able to eat as much as we wanted. Good location - close to where we had been and very good for rejoining M3 when we left, yet was quiet during the evening. Onsite parking.
For the price and convenience for a late booking there nothing not to like...
Convenient location for what we were doing in the area. A very hot day and although no aircon in the room a fan was operating on our arrival and a sheet to replace the duvet was offered without us asking. Adjoining Beefeater restaurant was standard fare but very acceptable, with efficient cheerful service.
This is an older style Premier Inn and is showing its age in some respects. Please someone tell restaurant servers to stop saying "not a problem" all the time. Why would it be?
Convenience and friendliness of staff
Free and continuous wifi
Premier Inn was close too my family The staff at the Inn pleasant and helpful This is second time we have stayed here
The breakfast the last time we stayed was very good, hot, fresh and presented well This time the breakfast warm and presentation was poor all to rushed, not very good Big influx of outsiders which lead to delays in breakfast In fact we left on second morning with no breakfast due to number of people waiting to be seated
- Without exception, the staff were really friendly and very helpful. - Excellent shower! - Comfortable bed & pillows.
- It was very hot: there is no air conditioning and although a floor fan was provided, its power cable was too short and there are insufficient power outlets to be able to position it well in the room (a desk fan would actually be better!). - The sealant around the bath showed some signs of mould and needs attention. - Attached restaurant looks VERY tired :-(
The staff on the front desk were particularly helpful and friendly.
Amazing staff, really really helpful and efficient.
Super friendly on reception, nothing was too much trouble. Inside was clean and fresh, comfy large bed.
At first look at the front of the hotel I thought of my days what have I booked!
The receptionist was so friendly and very helpful, even when checking out she remembered where we'd been the day before and asked if we'd had a nice day!!
Nothing! Premier Inn was upto it's usual excellent standard, well done to all!
The staff were brilliant
Lynn was a brilliant manager. She was incredibly helpful as was the lady who relieved her.
Everything was perfect, couldn't ask for more, Chris on reception was really helpful and friendly, every business needs a member of staff like Chris. Breakfast was 1st class with again a waiter who also doubled as a barman was also 1st class
I cannot begin to tell you how absolutely wonderful and terrific your staff were. Before I retired, I owned a travel agency in the US so I have been to many, many different hotels. These ladies were among the best - congratulations.
