Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. They gave advice and booked a taxi for us. They were interested in how we enjoyed our stay. Beds were a little hard and attic double room was small

Convenient for family wedding down the road - easy to find I called twice to check my bookings for a family wedding. Both times I was told someone would get back - they never did, so I had no choice to set off on my journey, and tell others to, not knowing if the bookings were ok. I booked 4rooms for 2 nights so I did expect a little more courtesy than was extended. When we arrived, everything seemed so much trouble for the staff. I would stay at other Premier Inns in the future, but that was a really bad experience at what was a family wedding time. Sorry, but I don't moan often - it was that bad.

The room was clean and comfortable with all the facilities needed for overnight stay. The fact that room no.1 where I stayed was not soundproof and I was kept awake most of the night by the coming and going of other guests by the banging of the door into the bedrooms and the outside door to the Premier Inn

The staff are great and the staff of the beefeater are exceptional. Not all rooms have been through Premier Inn upgrade yet so are a little dated but still OK

Friendly staff. Perfect location for my work there. Room thermostat turned itself off in the middle of the night. Avoid breakfast, go to the three mariners in Bagshot instead

The staff were efficient, friendly and professional. This applies to reception, bar and dining room. Your Hotel is indeed still value for money. Well done! Soap dispenser favours shower addicts rather than bath!

price and location. The pub attached was good, with good service. Was woken up every hour by someone walking around, floorboards creaking.

Clean, friendly, extremely quiet. Everything I needed for budget stay. Can't expect luxury when paying budget prices! Even "firm" pillows not firm enough for me but that's a personal choice

The staff were very professional and helpful. The walls to our bedroon (room 8) were not well sound proofed and I could hear snoring from next door. When I mentioned that I had a very bad night's sleep due to this I was given a full refund. Despite the tiredness I was very grateful for the refund!
