Everything and the staff are very friendly thanks for them
Nothing at all
Huge car park Large room, with extra large comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom and exceptionally clean. Food of very high standard and freshly cooked. Staff very accommodating. Totally enjoyable stay.
nothing comes to mind
Staff very friendly Food lovely Comfortable Clean
Staff friendly and keen. An asset to the hotel. Perfect for a visit to Bangor. Restaurant good value and wine list very well chosen.
To use a double negative - there is nothing not to like!
breakfast,room and comfort bed.
location to far out side of town
Room Size very impressive
Room was through the corridors of the new building which , with heavy baggage and on first floor , a bit annoying
good sized room and bed
The staff were extremely friendly, very helpful and explained fully. The room had a good space for a kingsize bed and 2 singles. The room was clean and so were the amenities within the room.
The door into the bathroom had some splash marks and the wall just outside the bathroom had a smear mark on it, both wiped off with water.
Choice of soft or firm pillows was a blessing for someone who needs extra neck support at night. Bed was very comfortable and towels were large and fluffy. Better than I've had in many 4 star hotels.
Having to pay for wifi and then could only connect 2 devices. This was quite poor.
Bed Mattress Hash browns
Easy access to the hospital, which was the reason for our choice. Friendly, helpful staff and excellent continental breakfast. Close to a park with lake and swans. Menai Straits accessible on foot via the coastal path.
A long trek with luggage to access the room. There are 4 stiff fire doors to negotiate to get there and I have a damaged spine which makes them painful to use. I had to be escorted in and out of the building by my husband. Automatic doors would be greatly appreciated.
The hotel was easy to find. Staff very friendly and courteous. New annex building very smart. Rooms well equipped and bed extremely comfortable.
No wi fi signal.
Size of 3 room Easy Restaurant on site
System went down in table table so had to find cash More staff needed on service All working hard but awash with guests
The bedrooms were comfortable, like the ad says. The continental breakfast was nice, with plenty of variety on offer. We dined in the restuarant one evening. Meal was very nice. Staff are excellent. Location ideal for my stay but you do need a car.
There is absolutely zero cellphone coverage on any network (I was roaming). Paid wi-fi works but really, is it necessary when so many other establishments offer it for free? The seats in the restaurant are a bit grimy. And there was a lack of side plates during busy breakfast period.
Lots of parking Easy to locate Friendly staff Good choice for breakfast
The bar was very busy - more staff needed. It is a breakfast that you order for - not a buffett, husband was a bit disappointed!
Comfort of room and friendly staff
No telephones in room and poor mobile and internet service - female traveller. Table Table restaurant - great food and service but dirty chairs and carpets.
Accomodations good, excellent restaurant, courteous assistance in getting timely transport to airport.
extra bed (mattress on floor in room.
THE PUB NEXT DOOR FOR FOOD WAS NOT GOOD
the holiday inn for comfort and food
the area hard to find ,lack of sign posts
That the Table Table restaurant was next door. Friendly Polish staff, as my wife can also speak Polish. We booked this Premier Inn as we were doing the Snowdon Walk on Saturday morning.
Room was too EXPENSIVE........ For the price I paid for our room I would expect breakfast to also be included,as I have paid much less than the price here at other Premier Inn's and have had a meal deal included. Noisy at night, (we stayed at the front -side of the building).
only 30 mins free wifi - had the option to purchase 24 hr but was out most of time so not worth it, but logging on first thing in morning meant that we were unable to log on later in the day.
