Room was clean, beds were comfortable, everything you need for a stopover. Staff very helpful. Located close to Anglesey for touring and just off the A55 expressway. Llanberis also not far away perfect for visiting popular destinations.
Have stayed here before and still very impressed. Lovely hotel. Great location and very clean and comfortable room.
Great breakfast , well organised , lovely staff & great accommodation .
A little bit isolated.
- comfy bed, plenty of coffee & tea - placed us next door to 72 and 82 year old relatives - helpful and genuine receptionists - excellent food quality and choice at table table. Really good value for money - breakfast was really good choices, well cooked and was asked what we wanted in a cooked breakfast - very novel. All our plates were clean
- not much really. Very minor comment as we had to close window due to distant music playing. Didn't stop us from going to sleep though ...
The room and the bathromm were very large and modern. The breakfast was excellent, both the continental and the english one.
The room was too warm, I couldn't modify the temperature. The double bed mattress was way too soft.
the quality of the hotel staff, the speed of registration
my meal in the table table of chicken and half rack of ribs was well over cooked and not very nice at all,
Good, clean facilities Friendly staff Booking.com offer made this affordable - this is important to me because I have to book two rooms per night to accommodate my family. Good restaurant nearby
Room temperature control didn't work; however, it was comfortable so no problem. More tea and milk required - I bought extra to make up. Some children's toys found under the bed.
room nice and clean, bed comfortable
temperature controll was lacking, room was a bit too warm, and the walls are too thin... person next door was heavy snorer....:(
No pool table in the bar
Great size family room, very clean. Breakfast was delicious and good choice too.
The long walk upstairs through to the end of the annexe with small children and lots of bags.
Nothing of interest in bangor
Room clean and comfortable
Breakfast good but always short staffed and tables not cleared.toaster needs updating and generally a bit untidy
The Room was clean, the bath was clean and spacious. The Lady in the front desk was very nice and helpful.
Double bed mattress was too soft
Very clean and staff were polite and helpful.
Breakfast was serving till 10:30 which was good, plenty of sockets in the room, close to tesco and others shops.
Advertising free WiFi and actually only providing 30 mins which counted down from the time you logged on regardless of usage. Then required payment for Access to WiFi for unlimited use but only for two devices which is not a great deal. Very poor coverage of vodafone network was also annoying.
Quiet location with nice walks in evening
THE STANDARD OF CLEANING
ROOM WAS A BIT TIRED IN THE OLD BLOCK
Everything!! one of the best ever
Know what you get with Premier Inn - lovely rooms, comfy beds, good showers, plenty of space.
Travelling into Bangor early morning from out of Town I need to have some flexibility for an early check in. Reception staff and Housekeeping in Bangor work together to accommodate me when I stay overnight every month. I phone ahead whenever possible. My stay is made very welcome, the facilities are first class and the Breakfast is to die for:
On the odd occasion I stay at Llandudno Junction, the Reception Staff are NOT SO ACCOMODATING, which would prompt me to AVOID staying there. The rules of "checking in times" are adhered to in the fashion of "more than my jobs worth" and what the Company must understand , that if the Customer, who is "king" does not receive flexibility and chooses not to book @ this location, the "jobs worth" staff may soon be seeking employment elsewhere! If the Bangor Staff were to offer no flexibility, I would look for "alternative" accommodation.
Rooms comfortable and quiet even though near main roads. Great location for visiting all locations in North Wales as easy access to all main roads. Nice seating area outside if weather good.
Room was very warm so it was hard to get to sleep aspecially with children
We stayed two nights room clean comfortable and staff very friendly and helpfull. Restaurant excellent food good and came quickly and good prices
Breakfast although nicely laid out and the cooked part good thought it a little expensive.
