The staff was wonderful. Irene was quite helpful and tried to resolve our concerns. The restaurant nearby was fabulous! Great food and service.

The heating in the room would not stay on, but they did offer to move us to another room. We were already settled in...

The rooms were warm, the beds comfortable, we also liked the choice of - very comfy - pillows. We have stayed here before and will stay again as we know what to expect.

It was clean, comfortable, well located for our purpose and the staff were very helpful & friendly. We also enjoyed breakfast with Santa.

The rooms are your standard Prmier Inn rooms, does what it says on the tin - clean, spacious & comfy. What sets this one apart is that the staff in the hotel were fantastic & the Table Table restaurant next door. The food here was excellent & very reasonably priced & again the customer service was second to non. We ate here the both nights we stayed & als had breakfast which is great value for money. If I had to give you one tip though would be to book a table in the restaurant as it does get rather busy at the peak times :)

Your greatest asset are your staff who were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. In addition the quality of the food and service at breakfast was outstanding.

The wooden platter on which the plate containing my starter had not been washed as was evidenced by a tomato sauce stain still there. Very poor.

It was very convinient for Snowdonia and the coast and was very comfortable for our family for one night.The Table Table was also very handy with very good food.

It was quite pricey, forget all the hype....rooms from £29....over £200 for two is a bit much when travelling with foreign students.

The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. Air-conditioning would have been nice, but the fan that was provided was delightful. We especially like that the restaurant was right next door and was open until late in the evening. The hotel and the restaurant were both a welcome sight after a day of sightseeing!! Thanks for the lovely hospitality and the front desk people were wonderful.

The hotel is easy to find, well situated, and has all you need for a weekend stay.

The bar is poorly served, I had to wait a long time, as did others, to get a drink. There are many staff, all walking around looking busy, but only one man on the bar, who was also serving the restaurant !!

For the price this is an excellent hotel. We stayed in a family room with our two young children and had no problems at all. The adjoining restaurant is also very good for families with very good deals on kids meals.

Good location,easy access. Good value family room . Breakfast deal for kids is excellent.

Quad room was basically a double room with two more put up beds squeezed in. Very tight.
