Premier Inn Barking  

The room was nice, simple, and clean. The hotel restaurant had good food. The train station is about a 10 minute walk and a direct location into London central.

The restaurant had good service the first night, however; the second night we waited for over an hour for our dinner. Other tables were served before us that ordered long after us. The manager did work hard on fixing the error however it was problem with hungry children.

They didn't have a electronic key for us..wasn't working so they had to open our door every time we came in

Staff was great. Very helpful on check in, train location, bus location, restaurant, etc. Breakfast was amazing. Normal continental cereals, toast etc, but the all you can eat a la carte was great. Definitely recommend that. Room was good size with king bed and two small beds for the kids. Bathroom was a good size, not shoebox size like other European hotels. Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Menu had a lot of options and the food was really good. It stayed open until 10 so it was nice after long traveling/siteseeing. Definitely recommend!

Location was a little ways out of London. It was a 20 minute walk to the train and the train was about 30 minute train ride in to Victoria Station. Floor/ceiling was either pretty thin or there was an elephant above us. Room was very warm spotlight outside our window was pretty bright even with curtains closed. Air conditioning would be great!

There was noise from a large group of youngsters in the early hours of the morning

i don't like the prices going up to regular customers just because there is something on in the area.

Excellent staff - friendly, good humoured, efficient, helpful and smartly dressed. Spotlessley clean room. Comfy bed, good shower/bath. Comfortable, constant room temperature Hardly any traffic noise considering it is on such a busy road.

The temperature Of my ground floor Room, no 10 when I arrived was 17 degrees centigrade. It took sometime to get the room warm enough.

I like the room and facilities. But they haven't provided the proper stuffs like toiletries and water. We approached so many times in reception to have drinking water. But they were not able to provide the water in room, due to shortage of mug. There was no lid for mug. We had taken two rooms including my guests from India. But we were unhappy about the service . We trusted that Premier Inn will be up to . But it was not worth for money what we have paid for.

Room was spacious, very clean and had a good desk/work area (very few hotels do). Staff very very friendly and helpful and always asking if they could do anything for you etc and they were English and spoke English (unusual in London hotels). Good internet coverage in room available at GBP3 per day which is not bad although I would prefer in this day and age that it was free. Parking also available free of charge. Good bar/restaurant on site - although room rate does not include breakfast. A good continental breakfast costs GBP5.25 and for about an additional GBP3.00 you can have a full English breakfast also. This hotel and the location is ideal for a business traveller who either in room or bar/restaurant can get on with emails and paperwork etc

Room was quite warm and AC control does not cool but only regulates temp for heating to cut in. The alternative is to open window to cool room but that leads to traffic noise as hotel is beside a farily busy road.

Good Hotel, good value for money. Internet is free only for 30 min per day. If you want to use more you have to pay. Clean and good rooms. I like!!!
