good staff, cleanliness,breakfast
Restaurant Attentive staff, excellent menues, breakfast superb. Reception very efficient. Ample car parking spaces. Overall will stay there again.
the positive thing was that it was clean the staff was absolutely fantastic, and the claniness was very high. parking also was a great asset for people like us who had a disability car so was easy to get to the building. our second and third night was a lot more comfortable thanks to the staff giving us another fire.
Negatives. my husband is a tall person so the bed literally was short he had to sleep with his feet out of the bed or keep them bent. you advertise 29 pounds a night but had to pay 55, the room was cold and fire didnt work and the bath was running so slow i gave up.. but most of all you say if have a problem to speak to the staff after along tiring trip and your in bed who wants to get dressed again to come and to reception and then get undressed to go to bed.
I don't like because need to pay extra money for internet ....this is not good why ?
Staff went out of their way to supply additional heater and extra douvets.
The room was cold and heating did not work properly
Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, staff very helpful and friendly.
Didnt realise family room ordered as thought would be bigger would be the same as a double, as only 2 of us as stated was no need for single beds to be made up and make our room small. Didnt like soap dispenser in shower.
everything was fine - staff were very helpful, polite, room 1st class as you would expect from premiers high standards.
Huge comfortable beds and good wifi.
reception was over crowded on the evening
Very friendly staff, good room, as expected. Would use again
The room and staff were excellent.
I booked through Booking.com and although my booking was for a family room booking.com had only booked a single room. The staff were great in changing it over. I hope that my next booking through Booking.com will be booked correctly!
Kids beds set up already.
Smelly fag bins outside the main reception
The cleaning, very poor. They have not mopped the bathroom floor and I do not think they have passed the hoover in the 6 days we were there. The same small rubbish you saw in the morning in the room in the floor, were in the room in the evening, same in the bathroom and I had to take them out. My daughter slept with a hot bottle water and they made the bed without removing it....
The staff were very friendly and efficient.
The fact that when you turn the television on, the volume was set quite high which could disturb other guests in the rooms around.
Impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness of the Staff, and the convenience of having a restaurant next door. Also the very reasonable charge for the room. Look forward to staying there again.
Everything waz amazing thank you
The bedroom was set-up to cope with my disability exactly as I'd requested.
The bed was nice and it was mostly nice and quiet and clean. It seemed a good quality room
Nothing, there was a bit of noise from the neighbouring room at pub closing time but otherwise good!
Room was very clean.
"Free wifi" Only for 30 minutes
This is the standard Premier Inn offering that one expects. Simple but comfortable and clean.
VERY noisy breakfast........kids screaming constantly.
check in staff were very good
Very nice room in a quiet location. The staff were very friendly, informative and responsive - I inadvertently pulled the call cord in the bathroom and an attendant arrived in seconds. The full English breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
Shower water pressure was low - barely threw a stream 8 inches past the nozzle - quite a bit lower than everywhere else we stayed.
Warmth of room, very comfortable bed, bright bathroom. Consideration given to a lone, female visitor.
Clean and tidy
A good it humid during the night
ROOM HYPNOS BED
OPPRESSIVE HEAT AND NO VENTILATION DUE TO BAD WINDOW DESIGN
The beds were very comfortable and the perfect height for me - not too high or too low. Excellent big telly. The restaurant had very reasonable prices, good food and was nice and near. Added to this a 24 hour Tesco was over the road so it wasn't our only option. The receptionist on the night we arrived (Michelle) was fantastic. She was helpful and professional and made sure we knew when hot food would stop being served. Let's just say in the short time we spoke to her she did everything possible to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you Michelle! The disabled facilities are excellent. The room is roomy enough for a wheelchair as is the bathroom. And there's lots of storage space if you like to keep a tidy room and a lot of it is at wheelchair height. There's an emergency call bell for disabled solo travellers. Nice check-out time too (12 noon).
Afternoon receptionist was a bit surly (well who could follow Michelle?) and hotel location was initially quite difficult to find.
