The lounger was lovely and the room was really well presented. All the staff were really friendly and greeted you with a smile every day.

One of the tiles on the ceiling of the room was open onto pipes and there was no control for the tv.

Best Premier Inn that I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable bed and excellent facilities.

The windows do not open at all. I found the room too stuffy without natural ventilation, There was air conditioning but I found it too noisy and couldn't sleep.

On arrival there was a warm welcome from the receptionist and plenty of useful information. The room was comfortable and clean and allowed fora good nights sleep. Handy for Cardiff without the price.

The location was really fab, a great view. It was really quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable, and the room itself was extremely clean. All these things are important when staying at a hotel I feel. Staff were really friendly, even if I wasn't first thing in a morning!!

Generally the building itself has little soundproofing with the result that it is very noisy in some bedrooms. We had 3 changes of room. Interconnecting doors slam, footsteps in room above ours extremely noisy at 2.00 am, also noise from stairwell adjacent room. Staff did their best to accommodate our needs so no issues there.

The hotel is very modern - everything is very clean and new looking. The rooms are a good size - we had a quad and a double, and the quad was huge. Good to have tea-making facilities included. There is a Brewers Fayre next door where you can get a meal, or the breakfast. It is OK, but not good if you are vegetarian - had to resort to a pizza delivery service!!

The front desk is meant to be staffed 24 hours, but when we checked out (admittedly around 6:45) though we rang the bell, no one appeared. One of our bathrooms smelled very smoky despite smoking being forbidden in the rooms.

Quietness, internal sound transmission was minimal, hotel easy to locate, good outlook from room. Good hot food served efficiently. Staff very friendly and very polite, they also had good personalities and were happy to talk.

Some of the clientele were not very well behaved, eg, disgarding their litter in public areas. The droppings were however , promptly clear/tidied up but a lack of waste bins in these areas probably was the cause; and perhaps company policy. One mal-functioning lift did not help.

Ideal for visiting family. Room had everything that we required for a short stay.

Did not like the breakfast arrangements. Very busy/hectic. Poor quality of food.No service to table.
