The bed was very comfy, the room was very clean, the bathroom was spotless and the staff were amazing
Nothing at all
The bed and space was lovely.
Couple above very noisy woke me up
A nice room. Done the job
Friendly staff and very clean room with great facilities. The location was amazing and the view great
The bed was like sleeping on the floor. It was the worst night sleep I have ever had.
Restaurant next door
Cold - heater kept going off staff said we could get a heater from reception - at 2am I don't think so! Toilet paper was wafer thin. No hair dryer. 1 x tea and 1 x coffee per person in room. I do not expect to have to keep going to reception for heaters, tea etc. bath towels were small and rooms cramped ok for one night stay only.
The room was cold even though I had the heating as high as I could
Very nice stay.. Hotel was good .. Beefeater next door not so good.. Breakfast well .. Since when are hash browns deep fried .. Greasy Man bacon was more than crispy more like cardboard .. Next time I will complain.
The breakfast !!!
The hotel is well situated, comfortable, with friendly staff, everything was ideal for the short break we took.
The lack of space around the bed made the room feel very clostrophobic. The only other complaint we have is there was no electric razor point in the room? Why !
Staff was poor and some unhelpful I always use this premier inn has we have family in wickford but I will be looking somewhere else very disappointed
We were flying through between visiting family. Cleanliness was of a good standard and the room was well presented. Bathroom all be it small but very functional. Bed was average, mattress a little thin but I have slept in far worse Staff very friendly on arrival, booked us in to eat next door for the evening and explained the wifi set up. Though I have criticisms overall it was good value for money.
The room was so hot and not means of controlling the heat, even though there was a thermostat in the room. You couldn't open the window as we were close to the road. Breakfast was only part buffet style. if you wanted an english breakfast you had to order it. Food was OK, but then I'm not a great fan of 'pub grub' and prices are I guess reflective of the area and I believe excessive for what you get.
From the moment the Dizzy young Blonde lady from the watermill answered my call at 8.45 , until I met her on the Monday morning at breakfast '' Mine was The big tip '' thank you my stay was Brilliant . The gentleman with the long blonde hair & Beard also lady with black hair in a pony tail that served our late booking table , working in the watermill restaurant ,so sorry I have forgotten your names a Very big thank you
Unfortune cotton bud on my jacket when picking it up from the chair in the room , but overall 10/10 no complaints .
Staff were so helpful and a credit to the premier inn brand. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Excellent from start to finish.
Breakfasts next door were very good Room (which was for not needed wheelchair access) was very spacious Kids eat free for breakfast....but we didn't have any kids with us. This is a great deal, as breakfast was eat as much as you like cooked to order.
Paid wi fi was very slow
Location and friendly staff x
All good - no complaints
Hotel clean and fresh, staff friendly
Breakfast in the beefeater wasn't worth the effort. Rude staff and lack of effort
I like everything. Specially the staff are very friendly and helpful I will recommend it to anybody. Even though I only stayed overnight l still enjoyed it.
Staff at the hotel was excellent
Staff at the restaurant was poor Breakfast didn't even include cheese on the toast. WiFi in rooms should be included, and I found all kind of restrictions affecting my internet usage and inhibiting me in accessing my email account.
The Premier Inn always provides a comfortable bed and good facilities.
The quality of food at the adjacent Beefeater varied from quite nice to awful. It's not expensive, but don't expect great food.
Lovely receptionists throughout the stay
One of the rooms booked we would ideally needed to have facility for a dog to stay.
Bed could be softer
The bed! Very comfortable.
No lift. No amenities near reception i.e toilets
The staff on the desk
Creaky floors above you
The receptionists were most helpful especially when I complained about my bed, and refunded me without hesitation.
My bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, and after previously staying at the splendid Enfield Premier Inn this Inn seemed tired and in need of refurbishment. I was not impressed with the restaurant next door, as it was cramped noisy and uncomfortable.
Very helpful friendly staff Room good size Nice size bathroom Great Full English Quiet despite being close to road
Stairs and all the doors to go through, not easy with baggage
