Score from 106 reviews Very good
really clean, comfortable, close to restaurants, swimming pool, leisure activities. nice and clean comfy room including beds. everything very modern and new
i have three children the fact that i would have had to pay an extra room because premier inn does not allow 3 children in a room something which we would be very angry to do as our boys are young and can easily fit in a bed with us paying for another room just for one more child i find ridiculous considering there young ages 7 , 7 , and 6. they can share a single bed. this i found very distressing and unhappy about
CONVENIANT LOCATION ONCE FOUND. GOOD WELCOME ON ARRIVAL. ADJACENT EATERIE WAS VERY GOOD
BEING A DISABLED ROOM LIGHTIN THE BATHROOM WAS POOR
The room was extremely comfortable. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful.
Very comfy beds
Lack of air conditioning. Absolutely stifling in room even with fan
Bed very comfy and clean great shower, nice modern room
Location.....quite a walk from the main parts of the leisure Park. A little bit over priced for a one night stay in that location
The pub/restaurant was not up to scratch, very noisy, loads of unchecked children. this spoilt the stay. I could not get in to the car park as the entrance was flooded and at the time too deep to drive through
All of the staff were naturally friendly and were always ensuring that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The comfort of the room and especially the bed was exceptional. Very close to the restaurants and amenities of festival park but in a quiet corner near the lake. Would very much recommend.
We stayed during a hot spell but feel that even in normal summer temperatures the room became very stuffy due to the fact that the windows only opened a few inches so no air could circulate. If the window opening is a health and safety issue, then the rooms need extractors fitted. Maybe even aircon in the hallway would help. My wife was feeling a bit claustrophobic.
Position and comfort
No room to room telephones No air conditioning No lounge Far too expensive
The staff is very kind. The room is functional and clean
The rooms do not have the air cond.: the day I've staid there during the day there were 35 degree in London. My room during the night was at 26. They've supply the fan, but they are really noisy and i cannot sleep with it on.
Staff we're lovely. We were visiting our daughter who lives in West Hornden, so the hotel was close by. The breakfast was excellent value for money. The room was large and comfortable
As a minor thing we were in room 1, near reception so at night you could hear everyone passing by our room but it didn't stop us having a good nights sleep.
The Hotel clean, bed was reasonably comfortable
Much too hot, no air con, fans with no air flow
Small bed had not been made up in arrival and not enough towels. Staff member was assisting in putting right
Clean comfortable room Pleasant outside seating area Friendly and helpful staff Good location
I originally booked a weekend but had to cancel one of the days - it worked out an expensive £94 with breakfast for one night in the end. The breakfast was chaotic and cold. There was no air conditioning and the mattress was too soft for my liking. There was only one towel in the room. The windows had to be open due to the lack of air-con, smell of smoke rose up from the smokers continually congregating outside. Yuck. In fact the number of outside, full ashtrays was enough to put you off ever eating in the restaurant.
Very warm welcome by staff
I liked everything about the hotel with the perfect location an nice scenery and the staff where very helpful and friendly
i could not find any fault with hotel the only there were not enough tea and coffee facilities in the room
WOULD HAVE BEEN EASIER TO FIND IF BETTER SIGN POSTED
I was very impressed, staff very nice, helpful and friendly, lovely spacious room with comfy bed and a great big T.V. Breakfast in the Quays restaurant next door cooked to order, very fresh. This looked over a lovely little lake, part of the Festival Park leisure complex. Would make me think of Premier Inns for other locations.
No bad comments.
Usual high standard of room. Staff exceptionally polite and helpful. Breakfast very good
Access road to teh hotel left alot to be desired. No lift to the upper floor in hte annex.
hotel was superb, staff could not have been better.
access to the hotel through a wet and muddy back street.
I could find no fault ,we enjoyed our stay and would come again
Friendly staff, excellent room, clean, comfortable and good sized flat screen TV... Great!
Would have liked more than one towel considering it was a double room for 2 people.
The staff were wonderful, happy helpful and customer focused.
Rooms were rather warm, could do with air conditioning rather the current provisions of fans.
Room clean big and comfy
Staff friendly and helpful. Located 10 minutes away from where we wanted to be.
We had a disabled room which was great. Just a minor point was that in the bathroom there were only two lights going across the centre of the ceiling which made it very difficult to see to shave or apply make up. It could do with an extra light of some sort placed above the mirror.
