The staff were very friendly and helpful and your beds are the most comfortable I have ever experienced. Thank you.
I cant say there was anything I didn't like. perhaps a better selection of tea/coffee. I also missed the use of a hairdrier (but had brought my own in case)
The ladies on reception were great & couldn't have been more helpful.
very clean all round
didnt sleep very well
What more do you need, a clean room, comfy bed and the best of all a great price.
Excelent place to stay, we would stay again.
Paying for WIFI
Wonderful night's sleep and good hearty breakfast
Room a little chilly during the day but fine overnight. No bathroom ventillation.
Always good service and friendly staff
Friendly helpful staff
NO PARKING AVAILABLE WHEN CHECKING IN.
You have the most polite, warm, genuine and helpful receptionist I have EVER met in all my years of traveling (I travel ALOT around the world on business) She was working when I arrived evening of Sat 25th Oct by the way.
Polite & friendly staff
The harvester that is situated near the hotel is sub standard & belittles the high standard that premier inn sets
Size of the room was excellent for two children and two adults, particularly liked that the two single beds were either side of the double (saves on arguments!). Reception staff and breakfast staff were superb.
Having to pay for wifi in this day and age seems a bit silly. Duvets were very thick for a warm night. Bathroom facilities left a bit to be desired.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and at breakfast nothing was too much trouble. We would use this hotel again.
The room was to hot as the air con did not work but there was a fan placed in the room. We think the room was being refurbished which would explain the reason.
No Lifts to second floor
We arrived later than planned due to emptying house as sold & all to container. In of good shower and food. The evening staff supplied extra beverages & towels + hairdryer. Marie in harvester was brilliant in organising my order as only 20mins before kitchen closed, btw food was great, wld return to that branch & stay again at PI thankyou to all staff involved
Kettle didnt work next morning for a cuppa when 1st awake :(
All staff very friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. Big breakfast was served promptly and was of very good quality. Decent sized room and bed was very comfortable which led to an excellent nights sleep
Good location, very helpful and enthusiastic reception staff.
The room was not cleaned at all on one day. We had to ask for our breakfast order to be taken. When it was, the ´waiter´said Sir to my husband when he apologised, but then took the order and called him ´mate´ More training is required, try sending him to Buckhurst Hill Premier to observe!
The reception, the bed, the facilities, the cleanliness, the helpfulness and the great breakfast
The smallness of the shower cubicle and the fact that the flow of water did not allow you to soap yourself properly. No mirror above the dressing table. No face flannels
Brilliant nights sleep and the cooked breakfast was lovely (fried eggs done to perfection). Staff very friendly and helpful - we had to change rooms because of disability and nothing was too much trouble.
Although plenty of tea and coffee in room, not nearly enough milk to cater for it.
The area were the Premier Inn is situated was perfect to visit the main town,Basildon and other surrounding areas, You are in the right place to nip to the shops a 5 min walk. The room we had we stayed in for 5 nights with 2 girls aged 4, no road noise at night or day, plenty of room for the 4 of us. Breakfast well order as much as you want didn't believe till tried " Excellent " girls eat free ,staff very help full. Parking plenty of room felt safe leaving car in car park as the car we had was brand new.
The pub over from the inn was not up to the standers of our accommodation.I felt the staff were not as approachable to talk to as the inn.The breakfast we tried there was of a lower quality. The room we had in the inn the only fault i found was there didn't seem to be any extraction fan in the bathroom.
Helpful staff, nice breakfast, comfy clean room, reasonable price.
why is breakfast at the Harvester (next door) about half the price?
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Rooms are very cramped for 2 people
Staff so helpful and friendly
Wish you would make your breakfast a bit cheaper
