I was suprised at price £74 for a night but as we were a party of approx 20 I had no option.

Very Friendly Staff, who were very helpful. I liked that there was a place to have breakfast, on site, without having to go to the Harvester next-door. I liked the ability to adjust the heating in my room as it was a very cold month for the month of April in the uk. The bed was super comfortable! With warm duvets. The snack machine came in handy a few times. I like also the way you can take alcoholic beverages to your room from the harvester if you want to.

Cold rooms. Heating only stayed on for a short while and then turned itself off. Requested double beds. Got 2 single beds pushed together making it uncomfortable to sleep. Got charged twice for breakfast. Still waiting to hear from them.

Adjacent Harvester restaurant was awful ! It was filthy and completely worn out. Rude bar staff didn't help. Avoid at all cost if you value your health and sanity!

It is very well located, staff were very friendly breakfast was great.

The room was very cold, even when we put the heating up, when we cam back after our night out. The tempature dropped in the room, we have never stayed in a hotel where to room would not warm up.

The breakfast was good.

The bed was very very uncomfortable. The drinks vending machine was broken and staff had no access to it. Our 6 am wake up call was 30 minutes late.

All staff were very friendly, welcoming & helpful. Good facilities & an excellent night's sleep.

A bit pricey, especially breakfast which was an extra £8.25.

Room not ready when booked in had to wait for a room to be ready reception not sure what rooms are clean and cleaners trying to clean room after being given my room not a great start to a nice stay

The service we received was excellent . as we had come from Ireland for my sister as she is very ill with Cancer at this time and the staff help with changing accommodation from Rayleigh to London and changed it again We were so gratefully for their support. Thank you again Rayleigh staff. Pauline And Michael Forde.

Its the same as any other premier inn you would find round the country

I dont like the fact in this day and age why one has to pay for internet it should be free at all times for what you are charge for a room. Bathroom was a little tired and floor got flooded when useing shower as it was fixed and bad smell of drains from sink. I thought the price of £105 for the night was a bit over the top for a room to sleep in .
