heater not big enough 4 the size of room
A hotel that does what it says on the tin. It's not the Savoy, but it does what it aims to well
Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff all very helpful when we were leaving, offering to carry bags and hold open doors
The room smelt musty as if someone had smoked in there. The bed was ever so slightly wobbly
The staff completely ignored the noise made mainly by children up to 11.30 pm. When mentioned the next morning I was told I should have requested they be quiet. I was in the first room from reception so the staff would have heard as it was busy with new travellers. The only complaint I have had of all the Premier Inns stayed at over the festive season totalling 4
Hotel room (triple), comfort and cleanliness.
Comfy beds, clean spacious rooms and great
Helpfulness of reception. Comfortable nights sleep.
Breakfast was served outwith the same building. Our room booked was a treble but it had been listed as single occupancy and no single bed had been made up. Similar mix up at breakfast despite the fact we had paid for all. Room was ok but the carpet was dirty and a large stain was on floor. A very tired room together with the communal areas.
Friendly, helpful staff. Wonderfully comfortable bed. The personalised Christmas Card left in the room was a nice touch as well.
The Premier inn in Basingstoke was very well located in the Leisure Park
Being an amputee, although I can manage the stairs a lift would have benefitted me better. My fiancé did note that the bed was quite hard.
Been here a few times on the past and its always top notch! Good for evenings out in basingstoke and well placed in the leisure park. Bed was cosy and snug!
It had good disabled rooms, very easy to get to and near a lid for shopping, it also had a bus service for the town centre?/train station
We had no problems with the hotel
nothing was great , feel your prices have gone up and your standards dropped
paying for WiFi in this day and age is a disgrace
i have stayed in may premier inn's but this branch is, by far, the best! the staff made it the best as their customer service was excellent! they was doing a charity day where they slept in a bed at reception for 24 hours, brilliant!
location to hospital
food on breakfast bar could be warmer
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast!
wifi was off for two days, i did mention it but is was still charged to my creditcard
The wifi I paid for did not work on either of the nights I stayed
The location was ideal for our needs and it had loads of facilities close by if we needed them. Staff were really helpful, especially first thing when I had to get the restaurant to open early to get some milk for my baby.
Unable to get into the hotel for an hour due to mechanical problems with the door late at night when attempting to go to sleep
Great staff, very friendly. Basic room but clean and comfortable. Good location. Staff at breakfast were good as well and a good choice.
I realise that Premier Inn's are cheaper but I do think it doesn't hurt to have free wifi.
We were misled by the receptionist concerning the WiFi; party youngsters woke us up in the middle of the night; family with babies woke us up very early in the morning (extremely thin walls). In short: worst night in a hotel ever.
The staff were incredibly friendly and obliging and lovely with the children. Nothing was too much trouble.
The room in which we stayed was so hot that no one had any sleep despite the use of a fan and having the window open. At 4am after already being up & down all night we had to go to reception & ask for another fan. Our children were competing at the ice rink the following day & a good nights sleep was important for this. We were all very disappointed after staying at premier inns around the country for competitions.
Very friendly staff. Bed very comfortable
It was very comfortable.Had I known it was a leisure park when I booked I would have done 2nights.we used it after going to paul tons park.So we were half way home. The staff could not have done any more,to make our stay any better. Will stay longer next time.
Rooms were confy and clean
Noise at night, car alarms and the person above me walking around (a lot!)
the location the facilities
would be good to include the breakfast in with the price when your paying a lot for two or three nights the breakfast is expensive also this is the first time I have experienced two bad nights sleep the bed was hard and uncomfortable must be different matresses to what we have slept in at other premier inns
