We were greeted well by the staff at the hotel and were asked why we were staying. This led to a friendly conversation. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was great to have a double bed and 2 single beds. As we were 2 adult friends with our 2 daughters we were able to sleep in decent single beds whilst the girls shared the double. The Beefeater next door was very good. The hotel is in an excellent location for Airkix and other venues including Waterworld, Bingo, cinema and different restaurants.
The room was very hot even with the window slightly open.
Proximity to carfest Staff Reasonably quiet Usual premier inn comfort - you know what you get! Breakfast included
Restaurant was next door and service and food were rather variable. Sometimes very good, at others very average Expensive in view of the facilities
Excellent friendly staff.
Water in the morning was only lukewarm for our showers. There was an issue with the valve on the bath tap.
Bed was very comfortable
shower head didnt move and was facing to much upwards and so you had to stand near the end of the bath. Also the toilet seat was loose.
the room was lovely and clean spacious and comfortable can not fault it does what it says on the tin
The beds and pillow are so comfortable
Heating system does not act as a air conditioning unit (room was quite warm)
Good staff and great food at the Spruce Goose restraunt.
Confort in rooms could be better
Great bed very comfortable .loved the quiet corridors!!
Lovely bed, staff friendly, very clean
All was good
Quite noisy - other guests were not considerate to others. Restaurant next to hotel was closed while we were there, although there were a couple more within walking distance, they were very busy
all that you expect from a premier inn, clean, friendly and handy!
the grill next door stopped food at 10pm, we were travelling later in the day and missed out so had to have a greasy KFC, breakfast also was served at the grill the following morning. The hot breakfast was disgusting, everything was barely tepid, sticky beans, soggy greasy hash browns, anemic looking chewy bacon and dont get me started on the fried eggs! no cups anywhere, staff werent communicating and everytime i asked for anything they looked lost. should have gone back to the KFC in the morning!
Good location near leisure park for things to do. Friendly staff. Comfortable, clean and up to date. Good family room size.
No air conditioning in room
Friendly, capable and well trained staff. Early check in request accommodated. Fan and sheet provided as weather was warm. Usual Premier Inn standard.
No lift or elevator, it didn't really bother us though as we were only staying one night.
Clean comfortable room Friendly staff
Very hot in room made it uncomfortable to sleep
Cleanliness of the room
The breakfast was not as stated when I booked. half of the items were missing
The essentials - Comfortable bed Shower/Bathroom facilities all great
During the heat of July with only one fan in the room and the window able to open a little it quickly became very hot to say the least. Unfortunately the accompanying restaurant was closed and was not informed of this until check-in. Only other minor quip would be in regards to the TV which is small and 4:3 perspective which is dated by today's standards but this is minimal.
Last four days of are holiday not happy with no restaurant and no a/con you want To look at cribbs causway bristol a good premier inn
The place was clean and parking facilities excellent
A very warm day and night with just a small fan in the room. No air conditioning or facility to open the window made the room way too hot, thus a sleepless night ensued. There was also an electrical fault in the on site restaurant which meant that a token Continental breakfast was held in the small reception area which also made checking out very impersonal. Guaranteed a good nights sleep they said, not from my experience
Couldnt have cooked breakfast as kitchen was out of action
No fridge or air conditioning . Had window open all night and had boy racers driving past till midnight . Also was put on first floor and had to carry our luggage upstairs . Did not see any lifts so could be a problem for elderly people.
Lack of air conditioning given the weather made for wakeful nights, however overall it was a pleasant room.
See above and the hall layout was the strangest we have ever encountered, and with no lift our room was less than easily accessible
