Staff were friendley and welcoming. The rooms was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for what we wanted to do. The original booking was not done correctly so they had us in a single room rather than a family room. The TV reception was poor quality in the room.

Very clean, new. Bowling, Ice skating, 2 minute walk, Spruce Goose Beefeater next door. Breakfast good, (in the Goose) £8.25 per adults and kids eat free. McD's, KFC also walking distance Spruce Goose very busy on Sat night - we were warned, booked table for 8.15, offered seats at 8.45 when we were on our way out, OK for adults but meal would have been too late for kids.

Staff were very helpful and the breakfast choice was excellent Disabled room had a bath which couldn't be used by my husband as it was too narrow with all the handrails. A walk in shower with a fold down seat would be more appropriate for disabled people in wheelchairs. The bath surface was also very slippery and needed a non slip surface or mat.

Cannot fault the staff - lovely to deal with, and also in the Spruce Goose for breakfast. Lovely ladies who were a delight to talk to and were friendly with our two year old son. Room clean and we'll presented. Parking. Because it is shared with the pub and no reservations are made for hotel users, I had to park in the bowling alley car park and carry my small son and a selection of bags that come with having a small child from there to the hotel in the rain. Perhaps spaces could be saved based on asking residents whether they will need a space saving. Even the disabled spa es were taken and the car park was crammed.

The site and position with good access to City Centre and Train Station. All the staff were friendly and helpfull We were disturbed during the middle of our first night by some person Banging a window, and there was a problem with the Heating System. We were then moved to another room. We have stayed at Premier Inns on other occasions and this was the first Bad experiance we have had, and thankfully the staff sorted the situation out for us. We have booked this weekend at the Camborne Inn.

We have stayed there before so knew about the leisure facilities and, very importantly, the park and ride bus service into town. The first night the room was very cold. When we approached the staff they were sympathetic, helpful and suggested that, since the room was at the end of the building, it was suffering from not having adjacent rooms to assist with the heating situation. We were offered a move to another room but declined since we had already unpacked. It was agreed that if we still wanted to we could move rooms the next day and that a second duvet could be provided if required. We declined both and found that the room was a little better on the second evening. I think that the room had been unoccupied for some time and had therefore been allowed to get very cold.

Location was ideal for our shopping trip, room was nice and big. Thought the room was expensive as it did not include breakfast which cost another £16.50, also could have had a few more complimentary tea/coffee items, sometimes one cup isn't enough.
