Premier Inn Bedford (Priory Marina)  

The room was so spacious and well equipt plus the beds are always so comfortable.

Food in the bar (hot wings) tasteless, Breakfast, 2 sausages ordered 1 arrived,beans cold,toms cold,bacon like strips of rubber,coffee warm,hot water for making coffee warm,pepper shaker blocked. Yes we could of complained on the day but we were short of time and had to be away sharp to complete our journey

we booked 2 rooms 134 136 134 a problem with the window gales blowing throu the gap poor nights sleep reported to staff nothing done about it

The service was fast and promt, the people were friendly and welcoming.

Children running along the corridore, and the service when you went for breakfast was slow.

Poor housekeeping 3 towels not four and lightbulb missing ,as checked in late difficult to rectify .new man on desk .

The location was beautiful and peacful, the rooms were clean and spacious and staff very friendy and helpful

Excellent accommodation, close to all the transport links, with added bonus of a nature park on the doorstep!

Car parking a bit busy, due to excellent pub/restaurant next door attracting lots of clientele.

Loved the location by the country park. Loved having the restaurant/breakfast right next door. Nice large room (was quadruple room). Good value breakfast - as had 2 children under 16. Huge double bed - v v comfortable. Really quiet room.

Only down side was the fourth bed (ie second of the 2 singles) as it was quite uncomfortable compared to the other beds.

Julie our greeting receptionist was friendly, professional and could not have been more helpfully. Even going to the restaurant to book us a table. She and her colleagues made our stay enjoyable.

Beefeater restaurants decor is very tired and in need of a serious up-grade. Evening food O.K. Breakfasts brilliant as food cooked to order.

Clean and efficient, very pleasant receptionists and excellent breakfast quality and service.

No food available after 9pm at Beefeater on Sunday night when we arrived at 09:15pm.

Thought the staff were helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable.

Thought that the breakfast buffet counter could have been a little cleaner - had that stale water smell around the table cloth. Cooked breakfast very good.

We stayed on New Year's Eve and the Premier inn was full and the member of staff very busy. We found her extremely friendly and helpful. A very comfortable stay.

Easy and simple to find, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and room. Next to country park, good for dogs and morning walk.

Very poor shower. Disliked being given a disabled person's room, hard to use sink, bath too shallow etc. Difficult to walk to city centre.

I found the receptionist very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and warm.

It could of had better bathroom facilities like soap, shampoo, etc. The breakfast was cold and not very tasty.

Very handy for visiting relatives. Not near noisy streets. Bookshelf. Quiet guests.

The ventilation system in the bathroom was on all night. The light switches were noisy. It's a pity they don't take dogs, it would be a great area to take the dog to.

Friendly welcome, nice room, all the facilities required for a 1 night stay, comfortable bed, lovely shower. Everything working well No complaints.

Everything spot on!

I liked the hotel being clean and comfortable. The Beefeater next door is handy for food, drink and breakfast in the morning. All staff were helpful and friendly Location lovely and it was nice being able to stretch your legs around the marina. Will certainly stay there again next time we are visiting family in Bedford.

Could not actually find anything not to like.
