Breakfast was really good value
Beds really are so comfy!!!!
staff we cannot fault they were superb. room clean and looked after, bathroom as we can only say perfection. breakfasts we ate to much means very very good. a very happy weekend. room 711
we did not stay long enough.
Receptionists comments were not polite and need some training. Payment by credit card is usually done by signature or by PIN but not by both. And the explaination that the signatur is demanded by the city seems rediculous when the piece of paper clearly states that it is the bill. Bad points to the receptionist!!!!!
Location, staff were very helpfully, very clean,we enjoyed our stay.
Service was excellent, room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast great value. Staff very nice!!!
Friendly Staff Location Proximity to City Centre Coziness of the Room Wifi Connectivity
Wifi should be complimentary, though its a small amount, as a goodwill gesture

The 5* staff.
All staff very friendly, food & cocktails in restaurant lovely & good deal with meal & breakfast, Zen restaurant behind the hotel is amazing
Lovely staff...clean room...great location
Location was central, the staff were great, the drunk Irishman seranading outside in the middle of the night and the young Lady who locked herself out of her room in her underwear all added to the stay
From the minute I entered the hotel to check in the staff were so friendly knowledgeable and helpful. The reception staff, restaurant and bar staff and housekeeping made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Im returning in March with my mother and sisters and Im really glad I booked this hotel and I know my family will love the friendliness and eager to please attitude of the staff
I would have liked a safe in my room.
Staff Very Helpful and friendly. The hotel was great.
there Was no free parking, but i was told there is no free parking in the city centre.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Neil who was extremely nice. Would definitely return here again. The breakfast was also very nice. We ate in the restaurant on both of the evenings we stayed here. Good value for money and the food was really nice.
The only thing not to like was the hotel didn't have a carpark and we had to pay for on street parking. But we were out most of the day so it wasn't a big deal.
Location was excellent for shopping and within easy walking distance to good restaurants. Paid wifi was not an issue as we had 4G.
There was no free parking facilities with our stay.
Very clean hotel.Nice view from the 8th floor. The lobby very welcoming. The breakfasts was very tasty .
We had to pay for the Internet. And the con air made a noise that was disturbing over the night so we had to turn it off.
Two members of staff helped my husband carry out some of our many pieces of luggage after checking out. Very considerate.
