Good city centre location, restaurant very modern and welcoming. Bought the £20 food package which was excellent value. Very impressed with the dinner menu for £9.99 consisting 2 courses with a free drink included. The breakfast was the best we have easten in belfast, with a lovely selection of healthy options and fully cooked . the room was compact, but everything well though out, with tea coffe making facilities, television. Hairdryer that worked. And soap dispenser in the wet room shower. Now so keen on basin in bedroom as this involved swiching on the light to use the loo. |

Nothing special. Just a standard hotel. I doubted whether or not I could trust staff. |

the location is very convenient for walking around the city and the staff very helpful. It was very noisy the first night I stayed there from street noise and guests coming in, but quiet the next three nights. |

The staff were great and the location was brilliant for the city centre. The breakfast was amazing and with three kids and one adult the only charge was for the adult breakfast. Great value. The beds were really comfortable. No parking nearby and the ongoing roadworks around the hotel were a bit of a pain. |

Very pleasant, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were very clean, and quiet. Freeview flatscreen TV which worked! Good breakfast and dinner. Service excellent. Checkout 12 noon so no rush morning of departure. Very central for shopping, Odyssey, Waterfront Hall etc. all were within walking distance. |

Pleasant and efficient staff, great location, good size room with all facilities that you could reasonably need - more expensive hotels need to watch out! |

First of all I like the staff very friendly and helpfull, the facilities and the room were very nice as well. Also the location was close to the most important places in city center. The restaurante was very good with many selections of food. The fact that the hotel was located inside of city center make it very noisy at night, they should add double window to all their bedrooms because one is not enough to insulate the sound from the streets. The cleaning in the bathroom could improve more. |

The location with relation to the shops ( Victoria Sq and Castle Crt ) The bathroom sink actually been in the bedroom. So when you turn on the light in the middle of the night to use the loo the light over the sink comes on in the room too, |
