La habitación era preciosa, moderna, muy bien cuidada, limpia, cama grande y comoda, con espejos, luces, y diversos detalles que le daban un aire muy lujosos y a la vez moderno. El baño estaba muy bien y con una ducha amplia e incluso tenia para sentarte. El desyuno, buffet libre con una gran cantidad de alimentos (leche, madalegnas, huevos, baicon...etc etc) nosotros no comimos asta la noche! En mi opinion, un 10!!! Todo nos gustó! |

Nuevo, muy limpio, habitación de buen tamaño, bonito, cama grande y cómoda, ducha grande y con asiento. Aunque tener el lavabo fuera del baño no me molestó mucho, si lo hizo el que no hubiese espejo frente al lavabo. Muy incomodo para afeitarse, maquillarse, etc. |

Las instalaciones y el personal (nos ayudaron en mil cosas y nos dieron sus opiniones sobre qué visitar, nos facilitaron mapas....) Intenta ser de diseño (y lo consigue en parte) aunque la decoración te termina resultando muy repetitva. |

The location was fantastic as was the service and cleanliness in the hotel/ Like another gust had stated, the wash basin in the room meant the light had to be switched on in the bedroom when anyone wanted to use the toilet. |

The location was very central. Close to shops pubs and restaurants. The choice and quality of food for breakfast was much better than expected. Parking was a bit of a problem but the girl on the desk was very helpful and directed me to St Annes Square. Secure parking £6/day |

Everyhing was fine, The children loved the Kids menu in the restaurant, and thought breakfast was "cool", as I did. Room was clean and comfortable and restaurant staff most attentive and very friendly - enjoyed our short stay immensely. Will visit again. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Room was great too. Good clean hotel. Will recommend. Would benefit with hotel parking, as you need to pay extra for parking that is 10 minutes walk away and getting there in the rain (as it nearly rains every day in Ireland) is not pleasant. |

Excellent hotel, fantastic location (2 mins to shops). Good service and very clean. Staff very nice if not a little over enthusiastic! Breakfast also good if you can eat like a horse - otherwise a little overpriced. |

Good city centre location, restaurant very modern and welcoming. Bought the £20 food package which was excellent value. Very impressed with the dinner menu for £9.99 consisting 2 courses with a free drink included. The breakfast was the best we have easten in belfast, with a lovely selection of healthy options and fully cooked . the room was compact, but everything well though out, with tea coffe making facilities, television. Hairdryer that worked. And soap dispenser in the wet room shower. Now so keen on basin in bedroom as this involved swiching on the light to use the loo. |

A very pleasant stay with excellent staff in an excellent location for many amenities. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the bar and restaurant facilities were second to none. |
