Premier Inn Belfast City Centre (Cathedral Quarter)  

Generally a good hotel to stay, very clean and close to everything. Staff very professional. If you did't use WiFi, the hotel is fine.

WiFi was hopeless! Totally hopeless. You might be lucky if you went downstairs in the reception and tried it there, but very inconvenient for these times. Because of this alone I would not stay there again.

Staff were brilliant, all very wecloming and always had a smile for our three young kids. The food was good and they had plenty of healthy options for the kids.

No childrens channels available after 7pm, so if the kids aren't sleeping there is nothing to entertain them

The girl on bar duty could not have been more helpful.

The price of the breakfast, felt it was very expensive!

Our check-in was flawless. I can't remember her name but she welcomed us with a big friendly smile and offered quality advice regarding our stay in Belfast.

No fuss, excellent breakfasts, comfy rooms, eco-aware....probably one of the best encountered.

Little too basic for too long a stay, more a motel than a hotel

My daughter and I were running the Belfast marathon and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful time. Wouldnt hesitate to stay here again

The cleanliness of the hotel also the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

We had three full breakfasts. The first two were buffet and the food was cold. The third was cooked for us as the hotel was quiet. It was excellent. We would like to see a selection of cheeses and hams offered in the continental breakfast selection.

Helpful and accommodating staff, nice sized room, decent restaurant attached to the hotel, great location.

Too many extra fees. In 2013, free wifi should at least be provided in common areas. Internet is not that expensive anymore. Also, guests should be granted a late checkout without being charged for it.

Stayed in large family room, cleaning staff had overlooked a few sticky chocolate fingerprints on light switches and door , nothing major though

Really good location. Very clean and comfortable with efficient and friendly staff. The restaurant is very good and offers some sensible deals.

Rooms could do with a little more warm lighting and a second comfortable chair but these are minor points.

I had booked it via internet, its location was perfect and all staff were extremely helpful and polite

My only small complaint, if you could call it that, was I was woken early on the Friday morning by the sound of a refuse lorry revering in the back alley the reversing warning sound appeared to go on for a few minutes.

The location was in walking distance of night clubs.

The hotel took 10 min to send security to our room when another guest was banging on our door at 3am, they just didnt care and did not even apologise.
