The close proximity to the shops/German Christmas market and the friendly and very helpful staff. The meals were excellent and service/staff were superb. |

I liked the location of the hotel. It was within a short walking distance of the train station and the arena. It was also only a 5 minute walk from the shopping center. |

Good clean facilities but the breakfast and dinner combined meal deal sounded good until we got the food. It is a restricted menu and the starter was not enough to feed a rabbit. They did not tell us that it was from a restricted menu, if they had, we would not have taken out the combined deal, just paid for breakfast. |

The room we were given was facing a nightclub that did not finish until 4.00am...not good when wanting to go to sleep. Also, the shower made the most horrendous noise when used which could have woken the whole hotel!! |

Great location for train station, shopping and restaurants. Very quiet but only steps away from the hub of activity. Front desk staff always friendly, well informed and with maps to hand. I like bright lighting in a room and bright lighting also makes a compact space feel a whole lot bigger and more comfortable. The bathroom was particularly dim. The hotel has perhaps gone just a little over the top with installing low level/low energy lighting in the rooms? However, I have been in hotels that were far worse in this respect! Parking is very much at a premium in this area so, having got a slot in the limited area of the hotel parking lot, I felt it advisable to leave the rental car parked for the duration of my stay just in case I couldn't get back in.... |

Location excellent for NIA. Comfortable & Clean We had to wait 1 hour for our meal in the restaurant. We placed our order for 2 main courses only at 18:10 and didn't get the meals until 19:10! We had to complain. However the food was good when it finally arrived |

comfy bed, good breakfast and ideal location for the NIA. The sink in the bedroom was hanging of the wall and the light was flickering however the staff quickly moved us to another room without question. |

Ideally located for ICC and train station. Comfortable luxurious beds, very clean and fantastic shower. The shower gel should be topped up more frequently and an iron should be left in every room. |

The location of hotel near the shops, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants on the canal its also good for just relaxing watching the world go by. The onlt thing i would say about hotel is there was only one bath towel in room for two adults so had to share after showering. |
