the staff was really helpful made us feel really welcome it was very clean and comfortable

the only thing which is minor prefer buffet breakfast thought it was a bit expensive on top of room price

Staff - very friendly and excellent with our 4 and 2 yr old children. Food was lovely - I really appreciated low cal options on menu. Room quiet, very clean and in superb condition. Access to hotel easy and parking good.

Waking in the morning to find police everywhere in the lobby and bedroom corridoe and blood on the ground after a row/fight/brawl in the hotel the night before.

Rooms are nice and clean nice size very comfortable beds enjoyed our stay love premier inns staff was very helpful and friendly .

Friendly staff, good location

Heavy snow, yet the steep ramp into the car park had not been cleared or gritted. Not enough towels in the room. No phone in the room. Very slow service at dinner (took an hour for the main courses to arrive) Food was very poor. I was sick after eating. Could not add the cost of the meal to the room bill. Very noisy.

There was a bad smell - similar to dampness, which the staff tried to alleviate but did not go away. As can be realised it is not good for the health.

ridiculous time to bring food and drink, nearly 3 hours for a 2 course dinner and just over an hour for a cooked breakfast-won't stay again for this reason!

Day 1..First of all the hotel and the room was far to hot to the point of not been able to sleep. Breakfast time was dis-organised choas. We waited to order our breakfast because no one took control people were coming into the restaurant and getting served straight away whilst we sat and had to ask why we hadnt been served. When the food eventually arrived my wife received hers and ate it before I again had to complain and ask where mine was. I was told it was a mix up we shouldnt have received the first one. Day 2 ..Because of the heat Had to sleep with the window open. As we were looking onto the car park it was very noisy with people coming home early hours of the morning and contractors going to work early. With us having the fan on as well to keep cool didnt get much sleep. Because we realised the situation the day before at breakfast. We ordered ours straight away. However people around us were going through the same situation as we had the previous day and were complaining. Suggest that someone takes ownership of the breakfast area.

Lovely clean room beds were large and very comfy, plenty of large towels , breakfast was varied with plenty of choice. We had the full English which was very nice apart from the mushrooms, Good location easy to find near Aston University. Staff pleasant gave the children a few things to coulor and some sweets. Very helpful would recommend.

The only thing that I would have liked in the family room was a night light. Travelling with two little granddaughters we felt that the girls were in unfamiliar surroundings if the woke they would be disorientated .

Staff rapport with clients was excellent.

The receptionist and staff generally were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. Would not hesitate to stay there again when next in Birmingham.

I thought the staff were outstanding, always a smile, nothing too much trouble and very eager to help.

Premier Inns never disappoint, neither did this one. Thank you for a great stay. Very good meal deal, would suit families too
