room comfy and very clean location security good

we were welcomed by a lady who had tights that were fraying and see through which was not nice and in the lift a member of staff was talking to another about how long they had to go without a cigerette i find this unproffessional but all staff were pleasant expecially the night staff

I have stayed for one night only, the room was nice, the staff at reception and bar were brilliant, I have enjoyed my stay.

I didn't like the bath design and that the shower was fixed in and not moveable, on arrival I wanted to wash my hair quickly but couldn't do without a full shower:/ also the Internet should be included in the price full access, not just 30 min and then additional charge..

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and great with our young children. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The only thing was having to park a couple of minutes away from the hotel, but this was expected and not a major inconvenience.

Have stayed in several Premier Inns and have to say this is the best by far.. Helpful and friendly staff, clean and very comfortable rooms, plentiful and tasty breakfasts cooked to order and a great little restaurant serving tasty and piping hot food.

NO CLOCKS in rooms - why? rooms a little smaller than some locations, but it was ok

Staff were great. June, Amy and Champagne were fabulous. Breakfast was fresh and well cooked and the chef was so friendly and great fun. A really quality product for an amazing price.

Front office staff - On my arrival, and I was the only person in the reception area, young lady did not seem interested at all in making me welcome. I first of all wanted to know where to park my car and she threw a piece of paper at me with directions to the parking station. I asked what the cost was and was told read it on the sheet. When I returned with my baggage to book in, once again I was the only one in the reception area, the same girl told me that the self serve check ins were there and pointed to the machines. I am pretty computer savvy, but she did not know that but did not offer to help if necessary. I went to my room, and fell asleep on top of the covers. When I woke up, I had a shower and put my nightware on and when I turned back the covers there was blood on the sheets. I slept on top of the covers and told the receptionist the next morning on my way out as I did not want to speak to other rude lass.

Friendly and helpful welcome from reception staff. Rooms were spacious and well-equipped. Ideal location for rail travellers, situated between all three major stations.

No wake-up calls and no facility by clock or T.V. for early risers.

When I enquired about parking was told car park enterance just outside hotel. not quite. Very loud music in bar in the evening.

Great location for shopping in Birmingham. Loved the self service check in machines, so easy to use and no problems at all with it. Clean hotel, comfy beds, no noise from other rooms/street etc.

the fact you had to pay for wifi , it really should be available free to guests at all times. Other than that everything else was 100%.
