Location, spotlessly clean, all staff really helpful and friendly and even if im only in birmingham for the day will eat there, food great.
Location in city centre, right by the Frankfurt Christmas markets is great. Stayed with our three year old who loved the hotel. Clean and comfortable room and very peaceful on the top floor. A great nights stay.
Staff nice but it is a self serve check in. Great location if visiting Xmas market or business in central Good sound proofing Fantastic breakfast Good restaurant if you can find a table
No parking. Street parking only and very expensive and 2 hrs max during day. We had a van and did not fit in any car park in city core! Should not advertise parking available. Was v stressful with kids and luggage. Busy and loud bar and restaurant. Few tables. Bathroom grubby/dusty Very awkward family room. Hard to move around. Busy elevators
Great location, service and cleanliness from staff was excellent.
Location, comfort & breakfast in hotel with very friendly staff.
Great customer service from the moment we arrived. We would stay there again.
Nice, big & clean room. Excellent breakfast!! Not far from the centre of town!
Wifi should be made free for longer than 30 minutes
Second stay at this hotel. Came back because of the location and the beds. Here you can really sleep a good night sleep. Close to New Street train station.
The staff were so friendly, the location was perfect for us, the room was great, the beds were so comfy I just can't rate this hotel enough!
Great city centre location! V comfortable and quiet. Brilliant place to stay to enjoy Birmingham's amazing Christmas Markets!!!
My family really enjoyed the beds, had great fun rolling about in the king size bed.
The staff were great
Bed wasnt the most comfortable I have stayed in...
comfortabble bed, large room, well equipped. Staff very good and friendly
Location Facilities Staff
Limited free wifi
Surprisingly very quiet for a town centre on Saturday night - Countryside would have been louder.
Bar closed early
Fab hotel.. fab staff..breat fast was out of this world we loved it. I've travelled to many places but this has got to be the best breakfast selection ever. Everything was perfect and the location was brilliant.
Just a short distance to everthing was at the arena to see Kylie just a short walk. Also we shopped close to everything. Good breakfast with a very helpful restaurant manager.
No dedicated parking site. I realise the location was in city centre, but provision should be made especially for vehicles higher the 2.2M.
Reception staff (Champagne) very nice lady. Room comfortable and clean. Restaurant staff very nice- Zara very good.
At 2.30pm in morning our door handle was being tried- someone trying to get in and with a card ! This woke my wife and children, difficult to get to sleep after that.... In the morning going for breakfeast , the receptionist told us someone had been walking around trying to get into rooms - they knew this as they said the hotel staff did hourly walkrounds and someone was found.. !
The staff were very welcoming on arrival and helpful. My room was spacious and light and the hotel was really well located.
As this was our first time visiting Birmingham the lady at reception was very helpful in getting us to the NEC for a concert we were attending.
I am unsure if the restaurant belongs to the hotel but there was only one member of staff working behind the bar when we dined. This held us up in getting to the concert and unfortunately we missed the start of it so we were a little disappointed by this.
As usual premier inn is clean, comfy beds & friendly staff, nice breakfast as well
No parking, had to park in council car park, can't be helped though as in city centre, cost £11 for 24 hrs
The hotel is in a great location. The Bullring shopping centre is close walking distance along with the Birmingham new street train station which connects you to other parts of the city. (We went to the LG Arena which was easily accessible using the train) The beds were very comfy, service was good and the breakfast was lovely too!
Nothing, we had a great stay!
Staff very friendly and professional. Excellent position on Waterloo Street. Been before and same excellent stay and coming again in December.
Room smelt like a hospital, but we did have a disabled room so that could be why. Substance which looked like seamen on headboard which was a little offputting but otherwise room very clean.
