Everything - does exactly (and more) what is promised. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a treat. I could have stayed in the bed!! Must stay here again - thank you!
Great place to stay in a convenient location, friendly helpful staff and excellent breakfast!!
very quick and easy friendly staff who were accommodating
not having free wifi I think in this day and age you shouldn't have to pay for it
Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. A very comfortable stay and would recommend.
One of the 2 lifts was out of order for all of our 3 day stay.
Clean and Tidy Room, generous and spacious working area with Hangers for clothes. Good bed as advertised. Excellent breakfast and very polite staff.
Paying for Wi-Fi for an £85 per night hotel is ludicrous TV in room had collapsed and facing down, however they did offer to change my Room, but declined.
Lovely room, bed felt like a cloud, staff were friendly and helpful especially the chef who cooked the food to my liking and the lady who took my order. Very easy check out
only 2 lifts and one of as broken so had to wait a long time. The room got cold very quickly, found there was a draft due to the vents in the room
We stayed here for one night on New Year's Eve and the whole experience was excellent room was clean bed was comfy staff very helpfull and breakfast was delicious
The super king size double bed. Excellent breakfast.
One of our door keys wouldn't work at all. Only one lift working during stay. We were put in a disabled room so didn't have a bath only a walk in shower.
Location and restaurant.
Waited in reception for at least 30 minutes, the receptionist didn't know what she was doing. Had to move rooms because of noisy extract fan. Took until 2pm the next day to be given another room waiting around with our family.
Restaurant. Having to queue for food and food running out on certain things.
Very convenient location for the Birmingham Christmas market.
Although the website claims there is paid public parking available, it is actually too far away to be useful if you have luggage.
Perfect location, right in the cuty centre.
Good price, breakfast was good rooms clean and comfortable
No on site parking cost 11 pound to park on multi-storey for 24 hours, noisy location. Got woke up at 2:30 in the morning by a drunk woman knocking on the door who had the wrong room but I suppose being in the centre of bars restaurants etc it is to be expected
As always, very comfortable bed and very clean.
Air conditioning and heating extremely noisy.
Breakfast was nice, a good selection and very well cooked & presented. Only criticism, it was only just warm, really could of done with being hotter. Staff were polite, friendly & helpful. Bed was comfortable, sheets were nice and fresh.
Could not get wifi connection, rang reception and they did offer to look at my device, (don't know why, I would need this) if I came down with it. But as it was late, and I was changed for bed this was not convienent. Thought some one would be able to 'talk me, through', how to connect on phone! Also plug did not fit bath, water level kept dropping. Had to keep topping up. And kettle did not switch off.i was really tired and just sat down, expecting it to turn off, when boiled, but it just kept on boiling, and bioling. After I had used it, and put it back, it was fine for about 5 mins, then started heating up again, luckily I was in the room, as there was very little water in it, and was able to switch it off. I did think I should tell them on reception on my way out, as this must be a fire hazard, but forgot. Room was a little noisy. There was a constant 'beat' coming up through the building, from the party in the bar, it was not really loud, but a bit annoying.
Staff were great, location 1st class, bed and rest of room comfortable, breakfast also good value all together a very good package.
Room on first floor we had a lot of noise from from the restaurant below ,but beyond control of hotel.will stay again but will ensure room not on first floor
Well located, good facilities, comfortable bed, clean room. Most important very very quiet given the location.
Wi fi should be free for duration of stay.
location, staff, food, cleanliness all excellent. Staff responded to a small noise issue very swiftly and efficiently dealt with. Meal deal is a great value option recommend the ultimate burgers, steak and breakfasts
Lack of a decent wardrobe and no drawers
Loved everything great room 319 great views great staff in hotel fab breakfast
A homeless person had spent the day in a room close to mine. The occupier of the room confronted him. There are obviously security issues at this hotel.
Loved the comfy bed. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Central to the shops and not too far from the car park for able bodied.
Cleaner couldn't speak a word of English. A bit cramped around the breakfast things. Only one lift working but that was just unfortunate that there was a problem that morning. Not a proper defined reception area.
good location for city centre excellent breakfast
We were in a third floor room above the bar and restaurant and on both nights we were kept awake by the noise from it. we could actually feel the bass from the music in the room
Bar and restaurant onsite. Breakfast was very good
We were on the 7th floor with only one lift working. It was a big effort getting to and from the room. Poor maintenance let the hotel down
This hotel is excellently located in a quieter area away from the main shopping street and Christmas market. The room was the basic Premier Inn style with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was fairly good. You still have to pay for wifi which I feel in this day and age should not be the case.
Having to pay for wifi.
Ckeanliness, convenience and comfort.
