Quiet room was given, as requested. Comfy bed. Great breakfast
Staff are friendly and helpful the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view from the room wasn't great 412 but I Didn't go for the view. So all in all very good . Would go back.
The size of the room was great for me. And the fact that kids were able to have a little run around. It was quiet and breakfast was very lively especially the staff. He was great too.
Good location for central Birmingham Spacious room Easy check in/ out
Whilst not the hotel's fault, there is a lot of building work going on & this continued to quite late in the night. I prefer to sleep with the window open so it was very noisy. I think the hotel should warn you about this as I would not have chosen this hotel had I known
Every member of staff with whom we came into contact was pleasant and courteous, and without exception they all went out of their way to be as helpful as possible during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble.
We had requested rooms overlooking the cathedral, but were located too far around the building to obtain a proper view of it. Only a slight grumble, as it did not detract from our overall satisfaction with the hotel.
In the lower flower its a bit noisy .
Very nice welcome from staff who were helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast selection.
Location was difficult due to lack of parking but central for shopping and would be ideal if travelling into Birmingham by train.
Central Position and price Breakfast Kindness of the staff
If you get there in the late evening, when parkings are closed, you're obliged to wake up at 7.30 am to pay the-in front street parking from 8 am (5.50 pounds 2hours in the street). General sensation of saving on number of staff (one single person in a smoke smelling reception, only composed of a small bedroom desk and two chairs.
I loved the welcoming staff the kids under 16 free breakfast deal it was very money saving and the cleanliness of the room after the maid cleaned it it was overall just a great value for money
I didn't really have a dislike
The room was great, everything we needed was there.
It could be alot easier to find
Location, staff - friendliness & efficiency, room size & comfort, food, price
I will have love it more if there is a mini fridge and microwave. However, it is still a good value for money.
Location, friendly helpful staff especially breakfast staff and reception staff. Quiet good night guaranteed. Excellent breakfast
Busy, noisy crowd in the bar after work for city workers but that's ok they don't stay long.
Very good staff very helpful
Really friendly and helpful staff. Immediately understood my food allergies and did everything to help. Great night's sleep. Comfortable and clean.
Air conditioned rooms Friendly helpful staff Attached to good bar / restaurant Great buffet breakfast
Room was a bit small.
Quiet hotel, lovely staff, great food, great location, value for money
Staff were courteous and responded to a room problem immediately. Reception and breakfast room staff friendly and helpful
Unfortunately we noticed a wet bathroom floor and carpet leading into the bathroom, it seemed to be due to a leak. However we were quickly transferred to another room. No other problems.
I liked the room and the kindness of the staff and it was good to keep the light s next to the bed
I didn't like the view from the window factory wasn't good wen looking at and no car park that meant I had to carry my luggage from a far car park so I could get to the hotel
Room a bit small Automated check in
