Loved the bed and pillows, staff was friendly and helpful.
There was only one bath towel in our room. we had two family rooms booked and upon check in they gave us the room with the cot whereas that was for the other family with us, so we had to take the cot out of our room and put it in there's. we checked in late at night so there was very limited staff and couldn't ask for help
Staff took time to make sure we had everything we wanted and more! Breakfast was well presented and nicely cooked. Even though it is located by a busy road was quiet peaceful and very comfortable
Would have liked a light evening meal option on the premises
A perfect stay
Staff very friendly and helpful
Slight wait for our breakfast but the hotel was fully booked so understandable
Room really hot lots of noisy fans hard to sleep needs Ac on hot days
Modern facilities. Pleasant and professional staff.
All was very good.
Staff extra helpful So clean just what we needed Spacious Next to motorway and harvester Comfy beds
Sometimes waited at reception No alcohol available late at night
Staff were very helpful
Where 2 beds had been pushed together to make one bed trying to sleep on it like a double was impossible. You were forced to sleep as if it was a single bed. Very uncomfortable.
Staff were extremely helpful Must specially mention Clive and Hilda who were genuinely warm Thanks to Sophie and Sarah too
Absence of a bath tub for the amount we paid
Front desk where excellent.
House keeping NEVER made the bed just straighten the duvet, to get the bed made I had to strip the bed, we had to go down the front desk 2 nights as we ran out of toilet paper, we went out @ 10am returned at midnight so we didn't use the paper, my grandson was having a shower half way the water stopped working, 2 time we couldn't use the swipe card too get into my room.
God, yr breakfast is expensive
Really helpful staff, we had a phone call before we left from reception telling us about possible delays on the M6, now thats service, and it continued once we arrived. excellent value all round and a fantastic breakfast. My two boys were disappointed we were only there for one night. Premier Inn will now be my first choice for staying away.
As a single mum with two children, I felt very safe at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, especially the member off staff who checkedvmevin on our 1st night. We forgot about our breakfast on the two mornings but apart from that our stay was perfect.
Having to leave we could have stayed their forever.
The staff were very attentive and everything was well run and clean.
I would like to commend the Staff that worked at the Hotel. In particular, Katie (who checked me in) was very polite, friendly and helpful. She is a credit to the company.
excellent customer service
Quiet hotel, near M6 motorway, very friendly staff, , Beefeater restaurant attached
The breakfast is great value and cooked correctly. Quiet location Quick, easy access to Birmingham and Walsall. Heaps of parking
Hot water was not hot, just warm, so a shower was not great. The bathroom design is hopeless with limited shower curtain protection for the toilet and poor drainage so the whole bathroom floor becomes wet. Entry doors locked by 9pm and no instruction on entry after hours. Need to bang on doors to attract attention.
Clive who greeted us was superb. He dealt with our booking problem (yours not mine) efficiently, politely and with good humour. He's wasted in Birmingham!
Plenty of parking (you follow the Harvester carpark round to get to more spaces as it is shared. Welcoming staff. Beds were very comfortable, with a choice of pillows (harder or soft). Cleanliness was spot on. Added bonus was the large flat screen tv on the wall. Tea making facilities, hairdryer provided. Can't really comment on location as we were going to the NEC. This was 23 minutes away according to the Satnav. This was the first time we'd used Premier Inn, and I would definitely rate them over Travelodge in terms of comfort!
No fault of the hotel, but the ignorant people who woke us up at 5.30am talking loudly as they were leaving! With this in mind, if you are light sleeper, maybe ask to avoid rooms nearest the stairs as ours was.
Everything about the stay worked well. The staff were very helpful, the hotel clean, beds comfortable and the best part was the cooked breakfast the following morning!
